« Clean, cute cottage in close proximity to others but still very quiet and private. Easy walk to beach. Nice supply of beach stuff. Kitchen was adequately equipped with dishes but very little cookware. Some cooking utensils and bakeware would be a great addition, along with additional pots. Couldn’t take advantage of the stove. »

« Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again...

« We had a great stay here with our three young kids. We loved being able to chose between the pools or the beach and the amenities the resort had to offer. My husband and son especially loved the Topgolf hitting bay, and I enjoyed the food on site and the sauna. The property owner was extremely communicative and very helpful. We highly recommend. »

« The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Can’t wait to stay here again! »

« My husband and I stayed mid-March for 7 days. The weather cooperated and it was sunny and mid-70’s all week! The Ibis cottage was perfect for the two of us and it was far enough away from the commerce area that it was peaceful and quiet. We never ran out of activities and excursions mixed in with beach days. It was very helpful to have the Tradewinds beach available as all the other beaches were challenging to find parking. If there was any downside to our stay it was the lack of laundry...

« Cute room that had everything we needed. Bikes and beach wagons were a nice addition. Close to lighthouse with good restaurant and ice cream shop across the street. The only negative was that the hot water ran out quickly during showers. Nice to see Sanibel rebounding from the hurricanes. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within...
