« La chambre qui nous était allouée était propre mais le linge de lit était usé jusqu'à la corde, le dessus de lit sale. Les toilettes et la douche étaient à part sur le palier et quand vous entriez cela sentait l'urine, bref horrible. »

« The hotel is beautiful from the outside and located in such a picturesque area but the room we got was a disappointment. Located on the first floor and tucked in a corner, it did not match the pictures on the site and looked rather old (except for the bathroom), with an uncomfortably slumping mattress. The view was on some sort of roof/installation that nearly blocked all light. I will add that other rooms, which I saw the next morning while housekeeping was cleaning, looked much better. I'm...

« The property is great and well maintained. The reception service allocated a very tiny room of just a double bed for 3 of us so that experience was not great. But then later a room service attendant Rain got me a bigger room allocated so thanks to her. »

« Property is a little tired .Faded Victorian grandure but is only classed as 3 star which would be accurate .Set in 20 acres of its own grounds so is very quiet, with woodland walks and a lovely view across Morcambe bay .Word of warning it is a steep walk up from the main road to hotel and is the only pedestrian way .plenty of car parking at the top though .Overall for the price i would use again . »

« Unbelievable back drops and views from the property. Fantastic staff and food and excellent walking in the surrounding areas. Cannot recommend enough this little gem of a place. In summer the garden must be stunning. We will definitely return. »

« I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel, which perfectly blends historic character with modern comfort. The traditional architecture adds a unique charm, while the updated bathrooms provide a touch of luxury. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. « Personnel vraiment très accueillant. Chambre de belles dimensions pour le prix avec petit dej énorme inclus et parking gratuit. Grande salle de bains (toilettes dans la sdb). Lits un peu mous mais ça va. Très belle terrasse sur le lac. En revanche le resto est cher et la brasserie bruyante. Il vaut mieux diner dehors. »
