„Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock.“

„My husband and I had a great weekend at Owl's Nest. The space was small, but cozy and the space was so well thought out in every way. It was meticulously clean, the lighting was magical, the hot tub was so cozy, and the host was very thoughtful in providing k-cups and local syrup and honey! Even though the cabin is on the same property as another house, it felt secluded. If you stay at this cabin, I definitely recommend going to L.A. Burdick in Walpole and having dinner at Wunderbar in Bellows ...

„The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was so clean and had a great layout. The house felt really private and the area seemed pretty quiet and peaceful, no noisy neighbors. Our older kid loved having the bunk house as a bedroom. And the screened in porch was the most perfect and comfortable place for us to have all of our meals. I was a little worried about the lake when we first arrived. The house is located in a grassy part of the lake. But it is a quick boat ride to the sandbar ...

„The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.“

„We stayed in this really nice cabin for 3 days and it was great. The cabin looks relatively new, so everything was pristine. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to.“

„This was a perfect place to stay with several coworkers, as we conducted research on a nearby lake. Straightforward check-in and plenty of space for us to spread out. It is down a long dirt road (which is in great condition - very smooth and fine for all types of vehicles in summer), so feels quite remote despite having plenty of neighbors nearby. Quiet and comfy.“

„We came to stay as a group of 6 adults and 3 children for a weekend of skiing and thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home for the weekend. The house was spacious but cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed! The house just minutes from Mt Sunapee, Our only complaint is that the downstairs bedroom got quite hot, and that the boiler pipes were a bit noisy if downstairs. We would definitely stay here again though - the kids loved it.“

„This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!“
