Beach Club offre des équipements à gogo!

Bienvenue à l'Unité 121 au Beach Club on St. Simons Island qui offre aux clients et aux propriétaires une liste remarquable d'équipements et fournit tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances amusantes ou relaxantes. Beach Club a sa propre promenade privée jusqu'à la plage, où vous pouvez creuser vos orteils dans le sable ou faire une simple promenade sur la plage. La communauté propose un court de tennis privé et une piscine. Depuis votre balcon, regardez les navires passer. Ne manquez pas nos fruits de mer frais locaux et profitez des grillades situées autour de la piscine. La station propose des locations de vélos pour que vous puissiez profiter des pistes cyclables autour de l'île et vous diriger vers le village pour faire du shopping et manger.

L'unité 121 est une unité de coin comprenant 3 chambres de taille généreuse et 3 salles de bain complètes. Tout est de plain-pied avec accès par ascenseur à chaque étage.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un accès au balcon, d'une télévision et d'une salle de bain principale avec double vasque et douche et baignoire de jardin séparées.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et salle de bain privée.

La troisième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et sa propre salle de bain privée.

Le salon dispose également d'un canapé-lit.

Agréable et propre, mais pas mis à jour. Prix en conséquence par les mises à jour et la commodité de la plage.

Perfect family beach trip!
My family had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this condo! The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. This was the perfect space for my family to stay, especially our young children (ages 1.5 and 4). The location of Beach Club is unmatched--the walk to the pool and the beach can't be beat. My husband and I also enjoyed an easy walk to dinner at Fiddlers while the grandparents babysat our two girls one night. We would definitely stay here again!

Nina and family had a great time
We had a problem with the AC when we got there but they had it fixed within about and 1 1/2 hrs. There was plenty of room for us all. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren (3) came in on Thursday night and left Sunday. We appreciate the owners for sharing their place with us.

We came down to St.Simons with family and friends to celebrate a retirement. The condo was very comfortable and check in was easy. We did have a problem with the toilet plumbing and it clogged- so water overflowed on the floor. I contacted the host and a plumber was sent that day to fix it. Unfortunately, that toilet did not continue working even after the fix. So there must be bigger plumbing issues going on. However, the pool was nice and it was convenient to the beach.

Nice and convenient.
Thank you. The twin beds have some sort of plastic that makes a lot of noise. The floors were a little sticky and could use a little cleaning. We knew it needed a face lift so found that as expected. Enjoyed our stay.

This was our 2nd year in this condo and even better than the Ist! Love having 3 bathrooms with showers/tubs, so that each bedroom has their own. Love having smart TVs in each room for down time. Love being able to walk to the pool and beach. Love having an elevator so close and buggies to help bring up luggage. The only issue is the parking-beware the parking garage, and get a spot in the open if at all possible! Overall another fantastic family vacay!

St Simmons Beach Club Condo #121
Liked the size of the unit and having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Several items were below standard for maintenance/replacement; 1. Nearly all doors squeaked loudly when opening (WD 40 them) 2. Queen bedroom door had 1 of the hinges off the door frame, so not squared up. Had to loudly slam door to close it. Why did no one fix this obvious problem? 3. Sliding door and screen out to balcony were extremely hard to open. 4. No knifes in kitchen and only 1 kitchen towel 5. Replace all toilet seats - old, warped, paint coming off 6. Replace both twin mattresses, old and very worn out 7. Replace 2 couches, cushions sink down into the frames. Extremely uncomfortable

We loved our stay at your property. It was exactly what we needed for my family of 5. Our only complaint/ suggestion is to get black out curtains for the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. The lights from the hallway are very bright during the night.

We had a great time. The property was very clean, but it really needs to be updated. Tile was broken in the bathroom, and it is apparent that work has not been done in a long time. There is no real view, but the pool is nice and the access to the beach is awesome.

Great Stay once we finally got IN
We have stayed at Beach Club for several years. It is in a great location and the pools and facilities are top notch. We have never had an issue until this year. The gate code we were given did not work. We later found out that the wrong code was given to several others. Then we get to our unit and the door code did not work. I checked my emails and we were given 2 different codes....neither worked. I called several times before I finally got a person on the line who was rude....it was 100 degrees and we were standing outside for 20 minutes or more trying to get in. After that, everything was great.

We loved the Community but I was told there was a tv in one of the bedrooms and yes tv but no cable. We called and asked for help but he came and told us it was on dvd tv, but we had no DVD’s. And some of the tile in master bath came off. Shower door wouldn’t close.

The condo was nice. Very clean. Great location However we stayed in the room with twin beds. Mattresses were horrible. Our guests said the others were lumpy. Could replace mattresses. Other than that beautiful place. Price was right.

This property was fine, but we wouldn’t stay again without renovations. As others have said, the condo is outdated and has many minor things in need of repair: showers, doors, faucet, lighting. All combined, I wish we would have spent more money to stay in a nicer space. It was clean and the master bed is comfortable. The pool and location to the ocean were great.

The Beach Club met our family’s needs. Convenient location to bike rentals and St. Simon Pier and Beach Shops. Great Beach access as well tennis courts:. We appreciated the location’s view of the ocean from the balcony. Also, a quiet unit.
