Property is beautiful. Unit was not well kept, especially considering the rate per night. Closet doors off hinges, towel rack in master was replaced; however holes still in wall from previous rack. No ice maker, etc.

We enjoyed our visit however the condo definitely could use some TLC. The bed linens could be newer. The kitchen needs new pots and pans and the beach chairs have seen a better day. I would caution parents of small children that the bar below gets loud, it didn’t bother us. The best part was the view is spectacular and the convenience to the beach was exactly as promised. We enjoyed our stay thank you for having us.

Highly recommended
Listening to the waves as we fell asleep (master bedroom) was just one of the many things we loved about the condo. It was spacious for our adult family of four. This location was only steps away from the elevator, parking, and pool area, as well as the walkway to the beach. Sunsets were right off our balcony. The pool area was huge and clean. The grounds were extremely quiet. It checked all of the relaxing, beach stay boxes. The owners were EXTREMELY accessible. They responded to our questions during our stay within 5 minutes and sent emails leading up to the stay with details about our stay and recommendations for things to do.

Overall it was a great stay. The location was above the tiki bar so you heard people until closing. Wish there was screens for the sliding doors so we could listen to the wave crash at night. Great location close to John's pass walking distance access to the beach is fantastic parking was good I would go to this location again.

Yearly beach vacation
We had a wonderful time. Perfect place for the four of us. Beach was amazing and not overcrowded. Water was clean and clear. Saw stingrays, manatees and several fish. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our only complaint is the pool was overcrowded with people who were not paying guests at the condo. We like to relax in the pool/hot tub after a day at the beach and we weren’t able to do that😕Overall we had a great time.

We loved our time at Sunset Vista! It was our second time at this resort and although truly there isn't a bad room in the place, I loved where our room was located. We had a fantastic view of the beach and ocean! We will be rebooking and coming back to Treasure Island year after year!!

Family Christmas Getaway
The check in process to the condo was easy. Just follow their directions they send and it's exactly that. When we arrived to the condo it had been cleaned, however there were some items still left on the counter and the hot water was not turned, the ice maker to the freezer was not on. We didn't have some items like garbage bags, dishwashing soap, there was paper towels but we bought our own, but we purchased those other items. We did have to clean up the kitchen where it still needed it. We didn't have a parking pass on the counter as indicated. There wasn't extra blanket or pillow for the sofa bed, so my teen son slept on just the couch. With all of that said, I will commend them for doing a nice job with communicating with us and those things that were wrong they made right very quickly and efficiently. Also to note: The condo is located right above the tiki bar. Sometimes it gets very loud and would smell funky outside at night, so sitting outside at night wasn't as optimal. You can't hear it inside as much unless you have a door open. The ocean view is very nice. The beds were comfortable. There is a Publix grocery store A few blocks away, made it easy to get items for the week and I would make sure to pick up items like extra paper towels, garbage sacks, dishwashing soap, body wash, shampoo, and your laundry soaps, and a cooler. There was an extra chair so we had 3 chairs to sit outside when we did, we had beach towels, got an iron brought up, but we did find one under the bathroom sink upon leaving. The beach access is unbelievable, the weather was cooler and the hot tubs and pools were busy. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. I would Say they did a great job in making sure we had what we needed to make for a great stay and if we didn't they made sure to make it so we did. .
