The physical structure and location of the home was beautiful, and the host let us check in 45 min early. Unfortunately, that is where our positive feedback ends. We dealt with CONSTANT issues, discomforts, and inconveniences the entire trip (4 nts/5 days). To start, there weren't enough towels (2 hand towels for 4 bathrooms + kitchen). When I inquired about getting more, I was told to be more considerate and that I was the customer (snarky). Besides towels, it lacked basic essentials like handsoap (2 for entire house), dish soap, and extra TP. Description said dishes, but there were only a couple plastic plates and no bowls, nowhere near enough for our group of 7. Fire alarm went off when we were preheating oven. No way to turn off. It took almost ten minutes for host to respond. Even after alarm sound stopped, the alarm pad was still flashing red. I messaged about it, and he said someone could come by at 1 a.m! Biggest issue came when we closed laundry room door to reduce noise, but door auto locked. When reported, he said email said not to do that, which was not true. He said he was unable to unlock it remotely and that he couldn't send anyone over. After a full day of texts, calling Evolve, and 5 different worker visits, a locksmith finally opened so that we coud retrieve our belongings. When shower was in use, basement smelled like sewage through drain by couch. On final night, entire basement flooded due to rain. Sadly, worst rental any of us have ever stayed at, by far
