So great!
The condo was beautiful, the property manager was very proactive and responsive, the unit was quiet, clean and the pools were lovely & the beach a short walk away. Beach towels & chairs were provided. Great location everything was a short ride, restaurants, shopping, groceries, Jax airport about 20-30 mins away. Family of 6 adults loved our stay! Geckos, cool birds & serenity abound!

Tillman Beach Week 2025
My brothers and I each rent a unit for the week of the 4th. We get our kids and grandkids to join us and have a wonderful week together. Our dear mother was able to be with us this year, despite a brief hospitalization. Our ground flour unit was beautiful and very comfortable for us, and my mother could easily get around in it. The location was perfect, near the beachside pool. The large patio provided the cooking space and tables for a fish fry, with toddler/pet gates. The daily visits from a wild gopher tortoise (we named Tilly) added to the specialness and fun of the week. We will be back, same unit next year!

Property was great! Response by property manager was great! Property description should list only 2 parking spots - all others will be towed without a pass… this info was sent in a text only a few days before our visit. We had 3 cars coming. We needed to park a car in grocery store parking lot 1/2 mile away and shuttle people back and forth.

Nice place, great location!
The Place was very clean. The pool was nice. The beach is right past the pool. You just go down the little boardwalk. It was not far at all. The towels were clean. The kitchen was very clean. The hosts were always available for questions with Quick accurate responses. I would stay there again very nice. :)

This condo has been updated and was very clean. We had everything needed! There was plenty of space for our group of five. We especially liked the large private patio with lounge chairs and a grill. The host provided very clear communication on check in/ out procedures and the codes needed. Would definitely stay here again if returning to the area!

Wedding Vacation
We were in town for the first time for a wedding. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property and consider staying again if we came back. Everything is updated and very modern, crisp and clean. It’s super, super close to the beach and both pools! (We enjoyed the heated pool a lot!!!) The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the condo overall had everything we really needed (except clocks in the bedrooms)! There were plenty of nice quality towels, pillows, blankets, etc. We had a few minor things we had questions about or needed help with and even the customer service was absolutely impeccable! As a personal preference, the beds were great quality, but a little firm and the couch wasn’t the most comfortable. We also would have preferred mirrors in the bedrooms (and a full length somewhere), a dresser in the third bedroom, a few more end tables in the living room and a tad more carpet throughout to make it feel a little more homey. But none of that was a deal breaker. The wonderful location, the awesome property manager and the amazing renovations were enough for us to have a great week and highly recommend it to others!

We had a great time! The apartment was very spacious and updated. It is a few feet away from the pool and beach. The location is perfect. It is about half a mile away from a publix supermarket and about 10 min away from historic downtown Saint Augustine. Overall awesome time and place.

Great condo
We had a last minute change in our vacation plans & this condo provided exactly what we needed! TVs in all 3 bedrooms, plenty of bathroom space & a fully stocked kitchen. The back patio is right by one of the two pools & beach access walkway. It was easy in & out and felt safe overall! Seeing lots of turtles, lizards & a couple little snakes outside made it even more fun for our little boy!

From the time we were ALLOWED to enter 3:59pm we Lost Electricity Cable Did Not Work Promised $50 credit(NEVER RECEIVED) Left Chromecast and called while on way home to retrieve it(NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING) First time using VRBO and this place... will be the last time!!!
