Cozy lil place
The house was cozy, in a very quite neighborhood, some of the house had been updated which made it nice, comfortable furniture but be aware that there is no cable or satellite TV, it a Roku, so you must have accounts so you can watch most channels. The outdoor furniture needs updated in the backyard, but there is a very nice fire pit. The fence is fairly escape proof for most sized dogs, a miniature whatever may find a way but our dog was good. Overall I would stay there again

Had a great time location was great everything was with walking distance. The house was great very nicely done great back yard, deck and fire pit just wish we could have found some fire wood. All in All it was more than we could have hoped for great property great location.

Great St Augustine Spot
We truly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is perfect size for a couple or small family. The fenced backyard is bonus when traveling with our dog. The neighborhood was safe and we even were able to get a horse drawn buggy ride to downtown (they were going by when we were walking there). We will definitely be back!

Very cute and clean property in a quiet spot still not far from the Saint Augustine. Within walking distance of all of our events. Such a comfortable space that was a relief to come back to after hot long days. Highly recommend!!!!

This adorable cottage met our needs perfectly during our 2 night stay. We did not want for anything. It is in a great, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to nice restaurants. Also, the owner is wonderful to deal with. I would stay here again if we didn't just buy a house in St. Augustine. :)

Quiet bungalow near the historic district
We live in Brevard County, but meet family in St. Augustine every year. This home was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself. Oh, and of course, our dogs! It’s a nice centrally, located home close to the historic district. The beds were comfy, and the house was clean. We enjoyed the fact that the yard was completely enclosed, even even for my little 10 pound dog. There was nowhere for him to get out, so it made traveling with the dogs, a breeze! 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

Perfect Vacation
My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend here. The house was SO CLEAN. It smelled fresh and had plenty of towels and blankets. I'm a huge clean freak so I was immediately put at ease with the freshness of the decor and floors. It's so quiet and calm. The backyard and deck lights were perfect and such a nice touch! We settled in the back with the lights and created the perfect moment for a first anniversary toast. The house is located so close to downtown St. Augustine, anytime we needed to go back and freshen up it was a simple 4 minute drive back. There is so much to do in this area!!! I highly recommend, the host was so communicative and quick to respond. I will definitely rebook next year.

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this delightful home. It had all the amenities one could possibly need, with a remarkable kitchen. The AC and heating systems worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed sheets and pillows were incredibly cozy, and the house was spotless upon our arrival. The property was very nice. The door lock code however did not work so had to use the key. The house was clean. And was beautifully decorated. However there were no extra towels or face cloths. The back yard was beautiful. And it is very pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard.

Every year I plan a short getaway during the Christmas holiday. This year I was excited to see the Light Show in St. Augustine...and I was not disappointed. The home was in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants. A plus was a park 1-1/2 blocks away where I could walk my dog. Two thumbs up for this property!

Cozy and well kept. I loved that it had a fenced in back yard and was pet friendly. King bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Nice deck on the back and covered front porch. The house is convenient to town, walkable if you choose or a short drive with numerous parking options. Owner was super responsive. Added to our favorites list! ❤️

Loved our single night stay, needed a place while transiting through from DC to Miami , it’s a super cute cottage , very clean with new upgrades. The waterfall shower head was perfect for relaxing after a long day on the road. Close to all historic civil rights landmarks, would Uber into downtown (cause damn Florida is hot) but would stay again!
