« A great cottage to stay. Quality and modern furnishings. Floor heating and two bathrooms were great. Well furnished kitchen and plenty of space. Felt really at home. Initial directions to get there could have been better, but contacted manager by phone and he was waiting for us. Quiet area and secure with locked gate at front. Would recommend. »

« Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed. »

« Property well located for access to Anfield and Goodison. Guaranteed street parking on match day is nice (well, permit). It is multilevel so be aware of that (and the stairs were a bit steep for my 80 yr old mom ,but she managed). Only thing we would have liked flto see different was the heat to be turned on the day we were arriving since the house was quite cold and took til the morning to warm up (we arrived at night). But would recommend to friends. »

« Very clean property and exactly what we were looking for in Liverpool - within 10 minutes walk to Anfield and FC Liverpool match. Very responsive hosts and excellent communication. Would easily recommend and we will hopefully be back!! »
