« Hands down the team at the hotel are what make this place special. The doorman/concierge was such a nice chap and so kind to me. « Disappointed with this hotel. Not at all what the website portrayed. The room had a damp stale smell. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bed furniture looked dirty. The whole room was shabby. The mug and spoon on the tray was dirt. The towels looked clean but had a damp feel. I wanted to leave but had paid quite a lot of money as I wanted to be comfortable. The website indicated there was gym & pool facilities which turned out to be access to a local gym, pool with a pass. »
