Pretty great property
Appeared as shown on listing. Being from the South, I didn’t think about it not having central AC…..very hot inside on arrival and kind of too warm the entire time, actually. Leaving windows open led to a number of flies inside. I had to buy sticky strips and a fly swatter. Otherwise, beautiful home. Adequate parking. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for us 3.

Great house and backyard!
We had a party of 4 adults staying in the house. It worked very well for us. It had everything we needed. The grocery card was helpful and appreciated. The hot tub and grill provided a nice wind down opportunity at night.

This is a really cute house in a nice area. The house is well stocked and has a great jacuzzi. It is a drive into south shore but if you don’t mind being further away from the lake then it is a great house!

Nice stay in Tahoe
This is a lovely little home, well appointed with everything one could need. We especially appreciated the nice kitchen, comfy bed in the master, and good stock of towels. I think this would be a little tight with more than 4 people, but it was just right for our family. Will definitely return in the future!

Place was beautiful. The hot tub was right next to the back door, which was different than the pictures so that was better. WiFi was a little clunky, but I expect that at places like this. Ignore the trash rules in the handbook and just leave it in the cans in the kitchen. Having a good Asher and dryer was nice. About 20 minutes from the casinos and about three minutes from the getaway cafe which has an amazing breakfast menu. My friends and I really enjoyed the property.

Nice cabin in good location
My family of 4 had a great time staying at this little house. It is close to many wilderness areas where we went snowshoeing and sledding, and also near to shops and restaurants in South Lake Tahoe. The little house had everything we needed to cook and the appliances were easy to use. We had a great, quiet vacation here.

Perfect Tahoe Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in South Lake Tahoe at the Pine Lantern Retreat! The cabin is in a quiet residential neighborhood and was in close proximity to just about everything we wanted to see/do while in Tahoe. The cabin was very clean and cozy, and was fully stocked with all the necessities. We couldn't have picked a better spot to sneak away to the mountains for a few days.

Was just as photos and description said. We reached out to local contact re: hot tub and was corrected within a day. Great location for Adventure Snow Park and Sierra at Tahoe. Perfect size for 1 family. Good instructions on everything and very reasonable price for tahoe. Visit Grand Central Pizza, with brick oven pizza for night out . Thank you for start ups in kitchen and shower supplies very helpful. We are probably considered seasoned VRBO folks, we have have owned and operated one, and stayed at many. Thank you for clean, reasonable and well equipped stay!

Cute little
We had a great experience! Beautiful cabin and close to the location for the activities we wanted to participate in. I was also able to get ahold of the owner for some questions regarding cooling the property down....it was hot but we were able to get things cooled down and more comfortable. My toddler really enjoyed the hot tub and the additional room in the back yard. We had a great stay!

We loved this cute cabin but do not recommend it to anyone with young children as the staircase is very steep and has no railing at the bottom. The bedrooms are upstairs with just a half bath and the full bath is downstairs. Everything was updated. Nice fenced backyard. Comfortable beds. No cable for TV but there it is a smart TV that you can watch movies and older TV shows.

Clean & cozy retreat
My family & I rented the pine lantern retreat for 2 nights right at the start of summer. The house is cozy and beautiful. Everything was very clean and the home is stocked with everything to make a visit easy. The spa was great and the beds were really comfy. The kitchen is large and I loved cooking in it. Communication with the host and local contact was quick and easy. We will definitely rent this house again.

Loved loved it..... It was such a beautiful property.
It was the perfect place for the short break. We arrived quite late but the direction given were on mark and when we got there the house was so beautiful decorated and clean. Would recommend this place to my friends too
