Great house for 10!
We enjoyed staying at this property for a few days with a family of 10! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The downstairs was a bonus for our kids! Game room was a bit hidden but then we found it. Some electrical wall outlets didn’t work and needed more teaspoons in the kitchen. We loved it and the location was great!

Great property and location for family vacation
This was a great property for a 3 generation family vacation. The property was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and also very close to Routes 6 and 6A which made it easy to get to restaurants and family activities. Having the pool was great for the grandkids and there was lots of information provided on the area which was helpful. We enjoyed the property and would definitely consider renting there again next year.

The house was great. A couple of issues with the toilets, but managed them and Vacasa promised to remedy for future renters. Location was ideal (close to Grumpy’s for breakfast!) and plenty of room. Pool and hot tub would have been really nice had the weather been warmer. All in all very pleased.

Good and not so good
Good - nice location - quiet and close to restaurants and beach. Spacious. The downstairs has living area and a fridge and sink. Not so good- one of the downstairs bedrooms did not have a door - ok for kids but not adults. The downstairs slider was very old and difficult to open - also no screen. The lock on the door has a 10 digit code and dead bolt - very cumberrsome and usually took at least 3 tries to lock and unlock. The master bathroom toilet did not flush correctly so it couldn't be used. we had to buy a new shower liner for the upstairs bathroom as the one they had was barely hanging on with one hole. The hot tub was cloudy. The kitchen had ants - do not leave any food out. They were crawling all over a bag of chips - very gross. The dehumidifier in the basement had a condensate pump that was very noisy. We had to leave a day early because of Hurricane Lee - and requested a one night refund - so far that hasn't been granted. Is there a legal obligation no but given all the issues and the hurricane it would be the right thing to do. I will update if they refund us a night.

Great getaway, great location!
We went with a group of 11 girls for a weekend away. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in. The serene backyard, the excellent location(close to everything you need in walking distance but still feeling like you were in private area), comfortable beds, spacious living and amenities all made for such a good trip. The host, James, was very quick to respond and made check in/check out so easy. If I could give it more stars I would! We will be back for sure.

Celebrating with family - Thanksgiving
Celebrating a monumental birthday with family was great- and the house can very easily fit 13 sleeping and hanging out. However, the description was "off" on a few things, we had some concerns and disappointing aspects of the home, and should be addressed. * NO outdoor maintenance whatsoever: The porches, the decks, the steps, the walkways and entire yard was completely covered with leaves! It was dangerous considering (we could only check in at 4:01 PM) it was getting dark. The back and lower deck (rotting wood) to the hot tub was very difficult to know where to walk. The next morning over 3 hours was spent "sweeping" all the leaves for there was no access to any yard equipment. * The house was very musty smelling as we entered - not sure when the house was last opened up and cleaned? We had to buy candles and air freshener * The house was superficially cleaned - or at least not cleaned again before our arrival. Dust, dead bugs in showers, cobwebs and spiders. The kitchen pots (caked on dried food) and dishes (dirty/grimy) and silverware/utensils (stained/dirty) all had to be washed before we could cook anything. * Mismatched glassware and plates - not enough of either. * The fireplace did not work - which after reading prior reviews we inquired - and I was told it was working. The control system was literally burned - and some prior renters had used real wood and burned the artificial wood and all controls ??? This was very disappointing to the older parents in our party who really wanted a fireplace. I spoke with Vacasa - and they credited me $200 for the inoperable fireplace and sent over a maintenance guy - he said there was nothing he could do about the damaged fireplace, and by then we had taken care of leaves as much as we could. He was a nice guy; but preventively/proactively these things should have been taken care of. *. The Bunkroom had a 2 single beds and bunk beds - but one single bed had no frame/headboard/footboard - and the mattress was on the floor - the broken bed was in a storage unit in the basement. Not a key sleeping opportunity for our grown children *One upstairs bedroom had broken blinds - and we could not raise them during the day. We have been renting homes for over 35+ years - and understand that things happen, and homes can have issues. But I was very disappointed that we had so many issues on a 4 night stay. Clean homes with appropriate and ample supplies is a key aspect of great homes

Great experience, easy check in and very clean. Had everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again! The only thing I would say is if they can add the day and time when the landscapers and pool guy were coming. They surprised us!

Good for families
The house is perfect for a family or two families. A huge basement with bunk beds and games makes it fun for kids. You can stream easily with the TVs. The location is close to beaches. Nice quiet safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great spot if you love both Dennis and Brewster.

Great house for multiple family in a great location!
Great rental for multiple families. Game Room is fantastic along with pool and jacuzzi - for kids. Some of the best Cape Beaches within 2 miles, golf conveniently located right down the street. Quick drive to all the restaurants you would want or if you want to stay home and grill highly recommend Dennis Public Market for meats and you need to stop by Ring Bros. for fresh produce, seafood, smoothies, sushi they have it all. Neighborhood is great for family walks at night with the Dog. House gives plenty of sleeping options and allows everyone to be spread out. Outdoor decks and patio great for gathering - great spot for a family vacation.

We had a great time and property was wonderful. The only complaint I have was that their was a ton of insects in the basement where the kids were sleeping. Lots of spiders and earwigs which kid of freaked the kids out. Otherwise everything was very clean and was wonderful. The kids loved the game room.

We had a great week. This house was perfect. There were 10 of us. Plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It was great having the pool and hot tub. Mayflower Beach was 10 minutes away. (get there early) Could not have asked for a better location. Any time we had a question about the house, we received a reply immediately. Highly recommend.

This house was a perfect place for my 11 friends to get together before my wedding. With covid we weren't looking to go out and do anything crazy we were really just looking for a nice home that would fit us all comfortably and we had more than enough space. There was a pool guy who came everyday which at first we were suprised by that but he was super nice and didn't bother us in anyway. Would definitely recommend this property!! It was LOVELY

Perfect April Escape
The house and property are gorgeous and the homeowners have thought of everything to make the house move-in ready. Our family basically lived in the game room during the day, and then played board games by the fire by night. The house is immaculately kept, spacious, and centrally located to great restaurants. Because of the time of year, we didn't explore the beaches, which are in driving distance. Wish we could have used the hot tub, but could definitely see coming back in the summer to enjoy the fabulous pool area. Overall...an excellent experience. Thank you!
