« It's hard to imagine that this jewel is just barely off the highway. You really feel much further back into the mountains. The views are spectacular! The hidden porch, which we didn't know anything about before arriving, was awesome. Another spot to enjoy the views from. Late September was an ideal time to enjoy the color changes all around. If in Ouray, or even close, I would definitely opt to stay at this cabin! I shouldn't be telling anyone about it! Must hoard for myself. Kidding. ...

« We recently stayed at Elk Meadows, and it was an unforgettable experience. The cabin was nestled perfectly in the mountains, offering breathtaking views. The host was welcoming and accommodating and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. »

« The view from this home is spectacular. It is a very roomy and comfortable home with walkable access to Bridges ski run. While the location is great, the included shuttle service is what made it practical. The local Telluride property management team was great to work with, but the main fireplace was not operational and the snow removal poor. At this price point, AvantStay should improve on maintenance of this beautiful property. »

« Charming cabin in the woods. Host very helpful. Driveway challenging for most vehicles but you could also walk up it if your luggage is small. Very remote location but dirt road from town is easy. »

« Beautiful view right on the loop about 10 miles from town. Easy access to the lake for kayaking and fishing. Right across the street from a good hiking trail. We really enjoyed it. Note there is only 1 king bedroom, the rest are queen and twin. The listing shows 2 king beds in one location »

« What a lovely home!!! Right in the heart of Ouray walking distance to town, this was a cozy place to stay for a winter vacation. It was warm, with lots of good books. Sitting a bit over town, it had the most beautiful views out the large living room window. I cooked all meals, and I will say it lacked a few basics like coffee filters and maybe a good cast iron skillet as most pans were teflon that appeared old. Wonderful stay overall! »

« A little gem very close to Purgatory Mtn. Perfect for our college reunion. True log cabin felt like home. New hot tub was a plus after long days of skiing. Only knock, the coffee pot could use upgrading (add a Keurig) and some new pots and pans would be helpful. Would definitely return. »
