« We had a terrifying drive in a snowstorm to the unit . One more inch and we would have been sliding backwards ( always take a 4 wheel drive ) Had snow chains but lost one about an hour away . But when we got to our unit it was a wonderful relief , very cozy and comfortable . This unit has spectacular views . The night skiiing view and the sunrise was truly magical . Our 2 ski days were perfect ! It was worth the drive ! Would definitely book again . »

« *Bring your own groceries. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was easy for us to make all of our meals. Also, you may want to bring plenty of bottle water for drinking and cooking. The hot water heater hadn't been flushed in a long time (maybe never). The hot water had some sediment and smelled of Sulphur. *There are only a few restaurants within 5 miles (15-20 minutes) and none of them are much of anything. *The 3 floor unit only has one hvac unit. « The Omni Homestead is the perfect location for a quick ski getaway. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few kinks with service, that could stand to be ironed out. The wait staff in the Jefferson Taproom was not the most attentive. On two occassions we had to wait for sometone to come and take our order and even bring waters.
