« We had a fantastic stay at this country retreat. From the moment we booked Chez was a gracious and attentive host, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property itself was beautifully presented with four big queen rooms, open fires, an amazing outdoor entertaining area and large central bench style kitchen. « Super happy with our stay at the village green! The house was beautifully set up and perfect for our group. We wanted find a space that was seclusive with scenery to explore and do activities whilst also have time to relax by the fire. All beds and rooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen amenities was plenty and great spot for hikes and walks and a fun hedge maze out back. Highly recommend! »

« I arrived late after dark and the destination / address listed was not where my confirmation said - despite a new GPS in a new Ford Ranger then google maps on my phone - I simply could not find the place. Signage needs to be improved off the main road- I actually can’t say if the place actually exists! I wouldn’t mind a refund or a credit to stay another time. I had to drive 40 Km away to get into a motel to get to my son at Puckapunyal the next day for a March out. Really disappointed 😢 »

« Overall the place was nice for a tiny home. It was a bit disappointing that there was a property so close to the accomodation. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. I would also suggest to the owner to put the Jiffy fire lighters outside as the accomodation smelt like fuel when we arrived. Some of the electrics were not working as well. Be prepared to cut up all of your firewood into tiny slithers as that is all that you will manage to fit into the fireplace. All in all a pretty...

« I have never stayed in such a well appointed house. All the appliances were in excellent condition and nothing was missing, we even had sharp knives which is very rare to find in a holiday rental. The house is very comfortable for a group travelling together and a great location for riding the Great Victorian Rail Trail. »

The rooms in this home are more spacious than expected in a house of this size. very clean inside and outside. neat tidy and very accessible. some small extras like a few games for adults and kids, also books, some minor pantry items and plenty of linen and towels. »

« This is a beautiful country property just 5 mins drive from Seymour shops. The view is stunning, especially at sunset with kangaroos hopping around. The pool is even nicer than the pictures show. Full kitchen has everything you could need. »
