« Very nice, modern property in a quiet but great location. Perfect for a quick trip to Cayton Bay, Scarborough and Filey or other locations such as Pickering, Thornton Le Dale, Ravenscar and Robin Hoods Bay. Morrisons Supermarket is 5 mins away by car and the property also benefits from a Proudfoots local minimarket, which is within walking distance. A great chippy is also just a few minutes away. »

« This property is located within a short walk from the south bay or from the town centre so was ideal for us . Parking close by was possible although we were there for the bank holiday weekend and we fell lucky with a space coming free as we arrived - the parking permit was in the lounge ready for us. « We went on our first family holiday with my husbands parents, his sister and brother in law and nephew and our 2 sons as well as 3 dogs. We were celebrating his parents 80th birthdays. We needed to use the car to and from the property but for normal we could have parked up and accessed everything we needed on foot. « Lovely location within walking distance of north bay and attractions. The house could be lovely and looks good in photos but is in need of improvement and repairs. Mattresses well past useable condition and disrupted our sleep and enjoyment of the stay. « The quality of the property is excellent. Sofas and bedding very good quality. Great location, 5 mins walk to park and carpark and 10 mins to beach. Couple of little extras would have made it even better such as speaker to connect phone to for music, oven gloves and car parking permits. We made a full Xmas dinner for 12 and all fit comfortably in the property. Communication very good. »

« The accommodation was absolutely amazing, it was very clean and the little touches the owners left was so lovely - the tea/coffee, toiletries etc. Communication up to the stay was excellent, they kept in touch regularly and if we had any questions, we’re very efficient advising us.
