Appartement au dernier étage d'une maison de ville historique en brique grise de Savannah. Cette unité a une chambre King, une 2ème chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit gigogne Queen dans le salon.

Une place de parking réservée est livrée avec cette location! Pour tout véhicule supplémentaire, le stationnement dans la rue toute la journée est mieux géré avec un laissez-passer de stationnement pour les visiteurs du centre des visiteurs de la ville de Savannah.

S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE à partir d'avril 2017, le nouvel hôtel de luxe qu'ils construisent derrière cette maison se rapproche de l'achèvement mais sera travaillé pendant plusieurs mois. Veuillez noter que, en particulier les dormeurs tardifs ou ceux qui souhaitent rester à la maison pendant la journée peuvent être gênés par les bruits des camions de construction. Ils sont autorisés à commencer dès 7 heures du matin par les ordonnances du district commercial. Nous nous excusons pour ce désagrément. Nous fournissons des machines à bruit blanc (suppression du bruit) pour atténuer les bruits de construction.

Cuisine équipée. Une salle de bain complète avec entrée couloir pratique, donc pas de marche maladroite dans les chambres pour atteindre la salle de bain. Buanderie privée. Une place de stationnement hors rue dédiée à cette location en fait un endroit idéal pour passer du temps à explorer, avec votre base au centre du quartier historique de Landmark!

Loved staying in a local historic property. Check in and out was easy. Doors were not a problem. One parking spot was perfect. We walked everywhere with no problems. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We slept 6 adults comfortably. An extra mirror or two in the place would be helpful.

This is a great location in the heart of Savannah, perfect for our family to attend a college visit at SCAD and explore the city on foot. In unit laundry was awesome. Only request would be extra blankets. It got chilly at night and we would have appreciated them.

Wonderful apartment and great location! We loved it! The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We had an issue with checking out as their Internet connection was not working properly. We had a hard time contacting them but when we did, it was taken care of. Other than that, everything was great and will stay again. Highly recommended!

Good location. We could walk to most places we wanted to go. It would be nice to have a mirror other than the one in the bathroom, for example one on back of bedroom doors would be good. The only downside is the one bathroom, but nothing unexpected for our vacation.

Nice location with lots of space…but bring mirrors
Seriously, bring your own mirrors if you are traveling with more than one person! We had 4 girls with only one mirror in the bathroom. This apartment was in a great location and had LOTS of room inside to spread out which was incredibly nice! One other down side we had plan to cook a meal or two there but there were only two small pans and one was very dented and could not be used. We ended up going out for all our meals due to the lack of kitchen equipment. The beds where very comfortable and I loved that we had an abundance of pillows! The stairs in the back were quite scary going down because of how steep they were and the fact that it was about 3ft wide. Over all very nice place and would consider staying here again!

Awesome historic house in a great location
This apartment is located right across the street from the city's historic cemetary. It was within walking distance of tons of great shops and restaurants. The apartment is small but well laid out. As this is a second story apartment, keep in mind there are lots of stairs. It was definitely nice having a designated parking spot! Plan to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as only a small hotel size bottle of each is provided, but everything else you could need is there.

Great location for a girls trip
This was a great location for 3 girls looking to stay in the heart of downtown. We did have a rental car, so the parking spot was a great addition, although everything was in walking distance. The space has old charm mixed with modern aspects. I would say to keep in mind this is in the heart of downtown so you may hear folks out and about during the night - but that’s a city space for ya. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit in the future!

We had a fantastic time in Beautiful Historic Savannah. This apartment was in the perfect location!!! We could easily walk around the historic district and get to so many beautiful and interesting sights. Having a parking spot was a plus! Conveniently located, Very comfy and perfect for our family
We enjoyed utilizing this property for our stay. The location was ideal as it was in the historic district and very close to Juliette Gordon Low Museum and by Colonial cemetery. It was perfect for our family- we have a 7/9 year old. The property was very clean and comfortable. We also thought the interactive board was cool and booked the white trolly tour through there and that was a fun feature!

We really enjoyed our stay and the property. The only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom. With three women getting ready, doing hair and makeup, that was a problem. Thankfully, we brought a makeup mirror and that did help! There is plenty of wall space to hang a mirror or two! Other than that, no real complaints!

Took a friends trip to Savannah for new years this year and this place was perfect! Everything was exactly as described and it was so nice to have off street FREE parking! We parked on Friday and didn’t need the car again until we left. Very walkable to Forsyth park, River street, city market, etc. There’s a market right around the corner, Parker’s I think it’s called (?) that has everything you might need in a pinch. The apartment itself is amazing and really makes you feel like you’re staying in a historic location. We spent most of our time on or around river street which is a nice 5-10 minute walk through the beautiful oaks of Savannah. Definitely would visit again!

Amazing!
This property was fantastic! We paid for the parking spot behind the property and parked on arrival and didn’t use the car until we were ready to leave. There are so many shops, parks, and restaurants nearby that we just walked for everything! The food is fantastic and the trolley tour was fun and informative. We were in town for a concert and this property is only about 8 minutes to the new Enmarket Arena built earlier this year. The rental staff was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy stay with some Savannah charm! I will warn you it’s pretty loud up until around 11 or so on Friday and Saturday night because you are so close to restaurants and bars but it wasn’t loud enough to bother us. If you are a light sleeper and plan to go to bed early I’d recommend ear plugs or some kind of sound machine.

Perfect place for Savannah trip
We are both renters and VRBO owners and our stay here was absolutely perfect, we were very impressed. The apartment was clean and so comfortable. After delayed travel arrangements and a long day, finally laying in a comfortable bed was heavenly but also, the location was central to everything we wanted to do as a group, equipped with all essentials and spacious. The house was close to everything yet it was quiet and the accessibility to a private parking spot and the late check out option was convenient and much appreciated. We would stay here again in our next visit to Savannah,
