Superb!
Loved this home! It was close to everything and within driving range to all the places we wanted to visit. Plenty of space and amenities were fantastic! Great to have 2 bathrooms with plenty of hot water for two showers running at the same time! Welcoming and host was very accommodating. Nice touches. Appreciated the bottle of red wine upon arrival. Tranquil patio and yard. Definitely would stay here again. Wish I owned it! So sad to leave.

Better than advertised
This is the only place for us in Santa Rosa. This is a very well managed and maintained listing. The house looked better in person then on the pictures, true story. The host made everything smooth and amazing, the house is beautiful and clean, you are close to everything. We will definitely be returning to this area and feel like we have a great home to stay in. My family enjoyed the house and it's great family space. Highly, highly recommend.

Well appointed comfortable home!
Lovely, welcoming home. Kara is an excellent host who went above and beyond to make our 6 night visit perfect in every way! We were visiting for a national hockey tournament and it was very refreshing to be able to have such a well appointed, comfortable home as our base. We cooked meals many times, but the home is also easy access for food delivery from many restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful space!
This house was exactly what we needed in preparing for our daughter’s wedding. It had plenty of space to make and store flowers, decorations and favors. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well outfitted and the entire home is very clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again and enjoy the area.

Very comfortable, good layout, well-stocked, well-located property. The outdoor spaces were very nice, though we did not use them as it was cold. House is very kid friendly (and safe). The bottle of wine as a welcome gift was very nice gesture, most appreciated. Other comments: The master bathroom had no door; that's ... novel. With the thermostat being in the living area, the bedrooms were very very toasty. All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and we would be willing to return. Thanks for everything. Giving Thanks
My family is all over the place. So, we spent Thanksgiving together at this beautiful home. It was perfect. It was so clean and inviting. It had all the conveniences of home, well stocked with all the appliances and kitchen wear one might need. We ended up not bringing our dog but it would have been perfect with a nice backyard. The location was amazing, in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to town and walking distance to the gourmet market. Thank you for everything!!!

Property was great. Very clean, well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap & best of all coffee supplies were provided for your morning caffeine fix. Backyard was great for relaxing & spending time outside.

The house was beautiful. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. There were toys for when our niece stopped by. The owner and her staff went out of their way to ensure we had an AC unit during a heatwave. Very fun. Very cool.

To start probably the best bed I have ever sleep in at a VRBO. This is a newly remodeled home, very nicely done. The yard is fully enclosed and great for your furry friend. There is everything you need if you are traveling with a baby/toddler young child. The kitchen was well stocked, we ate all of our meals here, since we had a 18 month toddler with us. a safe neighbor old close to the freeway, but not to close and a very nice market walkable at the end of the block. My only con on the trip was our last day we had a Santa Rosa summer day 94 + and it was rough, there is no AC or ceiling fans, a few floor fans would be a nice addition. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

This was a great home to stay at, walking distance to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. Home came with everything we needed. Quick access to the freeway. Enjoyed spending time in the backyard, and my 2yr old son was in heaven with the toys available at the home for him to play with.

Beds were very comfortable. It would help to have a printed guide for Wi-Fi and check out instructions instead of having to go to VRBO website. A few things that we missed in the kitchen were a mixing bowel, a 9x13 inch pan for casserole and a grill for the patio.
