« chambre bien décorée mais bruyante pas de réelle fenêtre avec l extérieur la climatisation est insérée dans la fenêtre et entourée d’un accordéon souple. Pas de régulation de la température de la douche. J’avais froid mais après demande j ai reçu une couverture en coton et au chauffage électrique c’était parfait! Le bar sert de délicieux cocktails le personnel est charmant »

« Directions and check in was complete and fairly easy to follow. The space was what I expected from the listing. Walking along the beach was enjoyable and we enjoyed both the pier in the morning and a dinner within walking distance. The only snafu was the heat seemed to be programmed to get pretty hot in the middle of the night and we had to turn it off »

« Cool DTLA property. Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. Otherwise, very centrally located property, great for experiencing variety of areas throughout LA. »

« Lovely apartment that is centrally located. We had such a fun time and look forward to staying again. The hot tub on the roof was fantastic. The pool isn’t heated, but an icy cold plunge was pretty fun and refreshing. And the views from the roof are spectacular! »

« We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE. »

« We were in the area for work so didn't really get to enjoy all that the house had to offer, but did get to take a walk on the beach and pier which was only a block away. One parking spot in the garage and no problem parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is also well located near shopping places and restaurants. And also very important, only 12 minutes from LAX airport. »

« Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. »

« The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

« Our family spent six days at this unit in early November. We visited for a Chargers game and several tourist attractions. The location was incredibly convenient, and I would highly recommend it. The unit was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect fit for our family. »

« While we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities, it was really welcoming to have these little touches. The place is even better in person. The fireplace with the sound of the surf “serves ultimate vacation vibes” as the young’ns say. Many thanks to the host for true hospitality. »

« This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. It has the makings of a great property, just needs some TLC and extra attention to small details (there was no salt and pepper,...
