Magnifique logement
Logement très spacieux, très beau, très bien équipé. Ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans cet appartement. Les 2 seuls petits bémols sont le fait d'être sous le passage des avions et d'être quelque peu isolé des activités de la ville. Je le recommande chaleureusement.

Lovely villa, well maintained with everything you would need. Weather when we stayed in Sept was very windy which seems to be a feature of the area, still hot though. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Exceeded expectations (and we had high expectations!)
From the moment we walked in, we knew how lucky we were to have found this holiday let for the week that we wanted. It’s a beautiful and spacious home, and lots of love has gone into setting it out and equipping it. It literally had everything we could have needed. The beds were really comfy, and the rooms were well soundproofed. While the house is under the flight path, it does not affect the quality at all. My kids actually loved the game of guessing what the next plane would be, and we loved watching the planes come in. The area itself is so peaceful - and really nice for spending time in any of the outside spaces day or night! The pool was amazing, and we used it well during our stay. Maxine was a great host from the moment we booked this place. She put our minds at ease from the beginning, and provided so much information that we knew exactly what we were doing. I can’t recommend this villa, and Maxine as a host, more and will be sharing the recommendation with friends and family.

Fantastic 2 week stay
This is our first visit to Tenerife - and we definitely chose the best property to stay in. The house is immaculate and is equipped with everything you could possible need/want. The kitchen especially has everything necessary to cook any meal. There are lots of lovely little touches that make a big difference to your stay in the whole property. The pool area and pool itself are lovely and seem bigger than the photos show. The pool man comes every week to clean the pool so this is also very clean and clear. Location is great- a short walk to bars and restaurants and the two local golf courses are good. Amarilla golf is a 3 minute walk. Maxine is an amazing host and was so quick to reply to any questions we had. We really recommend this property.

Lovely Villa
We had a great stay at this property, communication beforehand was excellent and check in process was quick and easy. Lovely heated pool. Everything in the house was new, clean and well looked after. Great supply of kitchen utensils and bits and pieces, even salt and pepper, butter and water in the fridge, all very thoughtful. Great place to relax.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Casa Azul in May, we were 2 adults and 2 kids (6 & 7). Maxine sent us a detailed message before we arrived giving us loads of information about the Villa and its surroundings and when we arrived everything was as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here and the kids were in the heated pool every single day. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

We have rented many villa's, but this one has to be the best to date. Everywhere was spotlessly clean both inside and out and so well equipped throughout. Immaculate Villa
Absolutely stunning villa with everything you need for your stay . All bedding , towels , kitchen ware , dishwasher and 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and of course your own private pool , you can't ask for anything more. Hosts Maxine and John are fabulous and on hand for any questions you may have. We are returning in July 2024 for another 10 night stay and already looking forward to it. Highly recommend this villa.

Best Villa!
This was the best Villa we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything had been thought of in the Villa. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a lovely location. Maxine looked after us so well from booking to finish. We did lots of walking and there’s so many places to eat within a ten minute walk we were spoilt for choice. We will definitely be returning. Lovely Stay.
This Villa is amazing. There is everything you could possibly need, and more. A lovely welcome pack was left for us with water, orange juice, beer, wine & bread. Max & John were the perfect hosts. They went above & beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of Bars & Restaurants within walking distance. Also, lovely coastal walks. Beautiful villa
The villa is beautiful and the pool is great. Owner responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the walk to Los Abrigos - wonderful paella there! Mount Teide national park is a must. The planes are noisy, but the description is honest about this. More annoying was the traffic congestion getting to the Autopista - often long delays around the junction.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit tollem beheiztem Pool in angenehmer Umgebung. Allerdings verläuft die Einflugschneise des Flughafens direkt über dem Grundstück so dass regelmässig und zu bestimmten Tageszeiten gehäuft Flugzeuge das Grundstück in einer Höhe von ca. 180 Metern überfliegen, was in der deutschen Objektbeschreibung bislang völlig unerwähnt bleibt und von der Eigentümerin erst nach der Schlusszahlung (da will man nicht mehr umbuchen) angesprochen wurde. Der Überflug und der damit verbundene Lärm dauern ca. 20 Sekunden und nachts kommen nur 1 - 2 Maschinen (im Haus ist das deutlich leiser als auf der Terrasse), das sollte also angesichts der Qualität von Haus und Pool kein Ausschlusskriterium sein. Eine Erwähnung im Angebot wäre aber fair und auch geboten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Beautiful Villa in a great location
Casa Azul is a beautiful villa set in a quiet residential area. It has been furnished to a very high standard and is a true home from home. The outside recreation spaces are immaculate and offer a complete range of options for relaxing and catching as much sun as you need to with the ability to cool off in the fabulous pool as required. Set in a great location there are a few local options to eat and smaller supermarkets to pick up any daily essentials you need. If you don’t mind a 20/25 minute walk (or 5 minutes in a taxi) along the pleasant coastal footpath you can reach the small ‘pueblo’ of San Blas that has numerous bars and restaurants of a good standard and a larger supermarket. Maxine is an amazing host and we had a great time during our stay in the Villa. Book with confidence you will not be disappointed in this superb accommodation.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Maxines Haus. Ihr Kommunikation ist super, das Haus prima. Leider waren wir in einer Zeit mit vermehrtem Flugaufkommen dort (IT-Ausfall in Großbritanniens Flugsystemen). Vielen Dank Maxine!

We had a lovely 11 nights.
Great accomodations most of the main attraction a 20 min drive away. Pool lovely and warm (July pool heating not on) we split the bed in the main room and had 2 kids. Plans are close and it is in a flight path but this did not bother us at all. It was quite cool to watch. Didn't notice too much in the house with windows closed. Great host and we would happily let again.
