Beautiful views
This is a large house with wonderful views. It was a lovely stay. Unfortunately as the property is a little old the cream carpet is stained but it was not dirty. The views and the pool make this property. Thank you for having us.

Very beautiful location great for adults and not for kids to many stairs and carpet
The house view it's spectacular, Although there needs to be more cleaning to the house ,there are lots of spider webs in the house. The carpet needed to be cleaned you could see stains. I suggest remove the carpet and replace with tiles for much easier maintenance. The stairs were really bad, I had 3 kids under the age of 3 I booked the house with a family for 3 nights we left the next day. The stairs very dangers has bricks on side and in middle it’s covered with carpet not ideally for kids so dangers. The house view and pool so beautiful. One of the rooms it’s all carpet it smells so bad we couldn’t put the kids there due to the smell. Kitchen was ok cutlery, dishes and pots not very clean and in a good condition. All showers had the old stand shower head it was so hard to shower the kids. Will be great if they had the hand shower easy to move around.

Overall a lovely home. Does need some maintenance inside and out - we had some issues with pool. Wasn’t heated for first few days. Agent didn’t return calls when promised.

Nice house. But… The drip coffee pot had a very hardened filter in it from weeks ago ? and a cockroach running around in the basket when I opened it. Yuck. Also, no tea towels to dry dishes. The welcome package was appreciated but minimal.

Great space and location
Photos did not do this place justice. Amazing house with an breathtaking view. Heated pool was a nice touch and the house had everything you needed. Other complaints about this place were unjustified. Check in was simple and house was in a clean state. Carpet had notable stains but understandable with a rental. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent home with amazing views for a family holiday!
Booking, check in and communication with managers was easy and convenient. Home was spacious and located near many amenities and activities that made this a fabulous family holiday. One small maintenance issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. Definitely stay here if it fits your needs!

The property was everything it promised. The views from nearly every window of the house were spectacular. The pool was an added bonus which everyone enjoyed. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away with the extended family

Perfect family getaway
The perfect property for two families with little kids (note though there are lots of stairs!). The heated pool was perfect for autumn and the sunrises over the bay each morning just idyllic. Having the bedrooms downstairs meant the babies could sleep soundly while we were upstairs. A couple of minor issues arose but were dealt with quickly and responsively by the property management team. Small set of shops a short walk away - and don’t miss coffee at Satra and Tynan Wines.

Family get-together
The property suited us perfectly, with the configuration of beds. We had two couples, one single adult and two children. The heated pool was the deciding factor in renting this property, and it was fabulous. Proximity to eateries was good. We liked that the property is not in the centre of Nelson Bay. Our only very, very minor issues were not being able to use the downstairs TV and the congested parking in the street. This made it difficult to back the tinny into the garage. Having a double garage was wonderful.

Extremely solid construction with sound proof floors. Very roomy with plenty of room for all of the family. Well equiped kitchen, bbq, patio furniture and good pool. Views were out of this world.

Relaxation for the Family
This property is in a really nice spot in Salamander Bay, with a lovely view and very nice pool area. The kids had a ball and there are multiple living areas for the adults to relax and do nothing! One of the bedrooms is away from the other two, so ideal for some extended family to join. Very friendly and helpful managing agent. We came home very chilled!
