« Comfortable 4* but rooms are very hot. Good breakfast. The place is also a bit of a maze to find your way back to reception. Could do with more signs. »

« This is a gem. We stayed on a Sunday evening having had a long day in Birmingham (40 mins north). It was quiet but beautiful and the staff were lovely. The main building is i assume an old stately home and our room was in ond of a few new wings. The room itself was spacious and spotless. We had a grest night's sleep and in the morning the shower was great. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. To top it off it was incredible value. »

« Very noisy room, near the road and just near the central heating system of the hotel, could nearly not sleep. Nearly not water in the shower, have taken my shower at the office each morning. »

« A very good location for walking into Leamington Spa. I liked the fresh modern decoration and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a shame that the bathroom was let down by the worn out dirty shower screen seal. »

« Excellent value for money, good spa, relatively small though. En-suites are gettimg a bit dated, still clean and enjoyable. »
