« Very noisy room, near the road and just near the central heating system of the hotel, could nearly not sleep. Nearly not water in the shower, have taken my shower at the office each morning. »

« A very good location for walking into Leamington Spa. I liked the fresh modern decoration and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a shame that the bathroom was let down by the worn out dirty shower screen seal. »

« Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive »
