The property was great! We all enjoyed the space in the house, the indoor pool was a great hit with the younger kids as well as the adults. The outdoor space was great as well with plenty of room for everyone.

A family escape
The house was absolutely perfect! Very spacious,clean and was filled with lots of activities that kept everyone entertained all day and night.lots of smiles, laughter and memories were gained from our stay. Booked it when we found it had a pool but the property had so much more to offer our diverse group. So glad we found this listing at the last minute thanks for the great stay and sharing your home with us

What You See Is What You Get!
Before I started to write this review, I read all of the previous reviews of Deer Run Manor. I wanted to see if I agreed with their assessment of the property. Everything that was stated in the previous reviews is accurate. Having just returned from a four day stay, I can honestly say that Deer Run Manor is as nice as everyone says it is and more. Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals and we all honestly feel that this is the best one yet! The unique aspects of Deer Run Manor are: the indoor pool, the starter supplies of paper towels and toilet paper, the cleanliness, and the propane fire pit! The management went above and beyond by providing plenty of outdoor trash cans and for responding quickly when we asked them to check the hot tub (water and chemical levels). Our first trip to Hocking Hills and Deer Run Manor was AWESOME! Given the opportunity, we hope to return there for another wonderful experience!

Must Stay
This place was so clean, had everything you need and more! The home is beautiful and the grounds are just as beautiful! It is tucked away so you dont have people right on you when your outside. Not far from a grocery store or hiking trails. Can't tell you how much it was worth the money. Give it a try!! I bet you will rent it again....Im going to!!

Deer Run Manor
We had a very good stay at Deer Run Manor. We enjoyed the swimming pool and many of the games in the game room. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms and they were clean. We did have a total of 12 to 13 people and we were never crowded. We mostly ate at the indoor eating space. We had activities in the basement where there was a large sitting area, upstairs in the dining area and outside around the fire. The kitchen worked well for cooking and preparing food. We did not use the hot tub but we should have. Our hike as a group went very well. We did have trouble with the TV's sound in the basement and we wanted to plug a karaoke machine into one of the TVs but could never do this. I'm sure we missed the fact that soap and shampoo were not provided but this was probably our bad for not realizing it or seeing it.

Perfect family gathering
This property is truly a gem! What a wonderful spot it was to gather with our family & create new memories. We spent hours playing games, swimming, talking, and singing. The proximity to Hocking hills trails, accessible Wifi, comfortable beds, and full washer&dryer left nothing to be desired! We would love the opportunity to come again!

Great Time with Family
We had 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids) stay here for 3 nights and it was pretty much perfect for our group. Plenty of room to spread out and play games, swim, or relax. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. We went to Hocking Hills each day, the furthest trail was probably about 30 minutes from the house. I think the only complaint I could possibly come up with is there was only 1 ping pong ball and no foosballs, but I'm guessing that is just an oversight between rentals and we didn't reach out to ask for more so I can't hold that against them. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Absolutely beautiful stay!
Deer Run Manor was incredible! Our family had such a wonderful time together there. The house and property were so beautiful. Paved drive back to the main house was so nice. Well stocked kitchen, as well as pool and outdoor deck with tables and chairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay at Deer Run!

Roomy for big group
I rented the house for our daughters joint Bachelor/bachelorette weekend. There was 16 adults. It had everything we needed. The pool was perfect, plenty of space for us to sleep and the basement was perfect for game nights. Highly recommend ans will definitely stay again.

Family Weekend 2022
Looking to get away, but still be close to home, this was the perfect location. The indoor pool was perfect for the younger kids. The game room downstairs and outdoor hot tub was used by the older kids. The home is close enough to Hocking Hills to be convenient. We did not find any issues between how the home was listed, and what we found. Hoping to reserve again for next year.

Birthday get away.
We celebrated my husband's 66th & my granddaughter's 20th birthday. We had a great time. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was as advertised on line. Everytime we had a question on the host was able to answer it. Chelsea also kept us up to date on a repair on the pool & when the maintenance crew would be coming. I really appreciated that. But it didn't interfere with our stay at all. We had a great stay. Thanks so much !!! We will definitely stay again.
