Carla picked me up from the airport and made a stop at a market so I could shop for groceries. This was so appreciated and a testament to the care and service provided to their tenants. « Overall, we found the property to be neat and clean. It was plenty large for our needs. The area is beautiful, but a vehicle is necessary to go anywhere or do any activities. The property manager (Carla Rojas) was helpful when we needed anything. Check in seems to run in the after hours manner even when the office is open. A good place to relax and enjoy the views. »

« Lovely and comfortable 2 bed condo. Beds were firm but comfy. Tiled floors and in suite washer dryer. Wifi is not great, lots of dropouts in service. Great views of the Arsenal volcano and lake. Restaurants are a short drive away, definitely need a car to stay. Lots of cookware and dishes, could use some basic oil and spices, only salt and pepper provided. Loved the 3 small pools and lounge chairs, steep walk up and down to them though. Easy self check in, easy to contact the property...
