« The apartment was perfect for my elder parents. They only had a few steps to enter into their residence (and was perfect for the added privacy and being able to head to bed early). In addition to the apartment, we rented the house for our family, and my siblings (including their children). Since we were up at varied times, it gave my parents the peace and quiet they needed. As I stated in my house review, Douglas was immediately responsive to any questions and addressed any needs! »

« We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive! »

« We rented several of the properties for a week-long vacation with extended family and had a wonderful time! The shared lawn with games and picnic tables was amazing, and the houses were very comfortable and clean - outdoor showers were a favorite for everyone (kids and adults alike)! Easy drive or walk to many beaches - would definitely recommend! »

There is a town beach and state beach just around the corner and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. We enjoyed coffee on the large deck in the morning and trips out on the pond with the kayaks. It is the perfect place to get again and enjoy some peace and quiet. Homeowners reached out after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. »
