« The bed in Room 306 was infested with bed bugs and my son and his girlfriend were bitten in many places from 12 – 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday 21 July 2024. They have photos of the welts caused by these vicious bed bugs’ bites. Please email us how to send these pictures to Expedia. « This is well known to the local around. Near to all the places. Clean room and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but a number of dish. Check in and out was easy. »

« The hotel was fairly well maintained and the room I stayed in seemed to have undergone a bit of recent renovations, which felt nice to have a new bathroom to use. The hotel was easy to locate with the use of GPS. However, it is not located near any convenience stores or any eatery that opens early for breakfast. The check-in staff seemed rather unfriendly during my check-in process. For the price I paid, I was not impressed with the service I received. »

« The pro is the room was clean and our twin beds were comfortable. Expect the bare minimum as far as amenities are concerned. The bathroom didn't have extra rolls of toilet paper. No towel hooks or racks by the sink. Only tiny tubes of shampoo were available, no soaps given. Standard rooms do not have windows, only deluxe rooms have windows. « Bring your own toiletries; the shaving blade was blunt. Also bring cash. The RM100 refundable deposit is ONLY accepted in cash. This was not informed before arrival and I was fortunate to have that amount in cash on me. »
