« We really enjoyed our stay. Mirko was very helpful with setting up an excursion, and we appreciated the mid-week visit by the hospitality team. It was wonderful to have the screened in porch area as we were getting rain most evenings and various biting bugs were active (everywhere, not just at the house). « This was a beautiful home overlooking the sea. I cannot say enough about it. We found it to be just what we wanted and more! It is in a gated community and close to restaurants and excursions. It is a large home- we could’ve taken friends! If we had questions (and we did) the owner was quick to answer and resolve. I am already thinking I’d like to book this particular home every year! »

« The house is the perfect size for a small family. 2 Queen beds and the kitchen has all the amenities you could want. It’s right by the grocery store, beach, and Placencia Beach club. If you’re looking for a place to hang out with food, swim up bar, beach and pool the Placencia beach club is only 2 blocks away. Also 10 minutes to town with multiple restaurants along the way. I highly recommend. »

« Was a beautiful, clean place to stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. We had a couple encounters with some critters during our stay but nothing you cant expect when staying in a tropical place. »

« We had a wonderful stay in December. Check-in was easy, and the property was clean and well-stocked with all essential items. The area is safe and quiet; it was close enough to Placencia (town) without being too crowded. We were able to make a few day trips to interesting sites, so the location was excellent. « I cannot recommend this place enough. We always like to go off the beaten path, but we love our creature comforts too. This place delivers on both! Just outside of town, with convenient access to Xunantunich, Big Rock Falls, ATM Caves and so much more. The owners were in communication the whole time making sure we were comfortable and had all our needs accommodated. « It isnt possible to rate this property without some background on Hopkins and the area around the property. The house and land is amazing, you have your own private beach and the home is equipped with everything you need and then some, like an awesome sea kayak. Inside the home there are plenty of dishes, utensils, and everything you need outside of a dishwasher and washer/dryer. « Super beau site. La plage est moyenne. Ce n'est pas une belle plage de sable blanc avec eau bleue et crystaline. Il faudrait aussi gérer les chiens errants. Une femelle semble avoir fait son territoire et elle chasse les chiens qui passent. Un peu désagréable. Le restaurant Embers est très bien. »

« My business partner and I took 8 of our employees to Little Harvest Caye for a weeklong retreat and we just can't say enough how perfect it was! This little island is immaculate. Hotel au top ville nulle

"L hotel etais au top le personel sympathique....apres la ville est hors de prix du coup on a uniquement apprécié la qualite de l hotel la ville c est un petit miami et tout est 4x plus cher qu ailleur"

"Hotel vraiment sale ( les draps tachés de partout)...les prix sont une folie sur place que ce soit pour les repas ou les activités et le pire j ai demander un prix pour une activité sur place il etais de 68$us par personne alors que par message on m as repondu 2 jours apres que j ai quitter l hotel que ca devais couter 95$us pour 5...aucune insonorisation vous pouvez suivre les discussion des voisins sans problèmes voir meme discuter avec eux....on a dormis dans la jungle a plusieurs autre endroits et c etais le seul qui etais decevant et tellemnt cher sur place....."

"Our five-day stay at Maya Beach was truly a revelation. This hotel is an oasis of peace, a haven where you instantly feel welcomed and at ease. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience unforgettable. If we could have, we would have stayed even longer! We were fortunate enough to stay in a small cabin right on the sand—an absolute dream. Swimming just steps away from our cabin, with the ocean right in front of us, was simply perfect. The setting is ideal for relaxation, with hammocks and lounge chairs scattered around, inviting you to unwind and soak in the surroundings. The hotel's restaurant is excellent. Every meal was a delight, and we loved being served directly in our cabin. The service was impeccable, adding to the overall feeling of comfort and well-being. One of the highlights of our stay was the massage we had on the pier. This massage far exceeded our expectations, both in terms of the attention given and the high level of professional quality. It was a total relaxation experience, perfectly fitting the idyllic setting. In summary, Maya Beach is more than just a hotel; it’s a true experience of serenity and bliss. We cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking to recharge in a paradisiacal setting."
