« We had a lovely balcony with morning sun overlooking a couple trees and another property. The worst thing probably was the complete lack of an elevator but as it was only 3 floors it was not THAT bad. « Overall the condo is nice. It could probably use a deep cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but in general it was clean. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was close to the beach, but outside of the busy tourist areas. 10-15 minutes for the vast majority of tourist attractions, and a great location to hit up Rehoboth(20 min) and Ocean City(40 min) board walks in 1 vacation. « Our family had a wonderful end-of-summer getaway trip and it was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. The house is close to the tram, which is close to everything!
