« The property sits in a leafy spot of Samos with breathtaking views of the sea and Turkish headlands. The villas are well appointed with very good maintenance standards. Breakfast can be had at the other hotel located downwards next to the sea and the private beach (excellent for a first swimming of the day): a outdoor breakfast room with a “Saint Jean Cap Ferrat “ French Riviera feeling. Altogether our favorite place where to stay in Samos. »

« The house was OK. Good location. Nice view. Needs many updates. The host was extremely rude and condescending. Made several references negatively about Americans. Talked about Greeks being "puppets to the allies" and the US wanting to sell guns to anyone. Really started off on a bad foot with this guy. « Staying at Papa Joe’s house was just perfect. It is the place to be with your family. House is small but cute and cosy. Very accessible and walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. House was perfectly clean when we checked in. We used the barbecue area which was awesome. We will surely book again on our next trip to Samos. »

« We spent 10 days at Mouzakis Villas enjoying both the Red and Yellow ones. Both properties are placed at beautiful part of Samos island, very quiet and with stoning view to the Aegean see. « Außerhalb der Saison sehr abgelegen. Nächstes Restsurant per Fußmarsch in 40 min zu erreichen. Netter telefonischer Kontakt aber niemand da zum ein- oder auschecken. Appartement unten - naja. Schlafzimmer oben toll mit Aussicht auf den Strand. Schade dass die Spühlung der Toilette, das Licht unten und das Warmwasser nicht funktionierten! Während der Saison mag das anders sein aber so gibts massiv Punktabzug ! »
