« We loved this property! Being able to walk right out to the pool and beach was a real bonus. We usually had the pool area to ourselves. The walk down to surf lessons, shops, restaurants and a few shops was very convenient. It was as pictured and very clean. A water cooler was supplied too. We loved the gazebo overlooking the ocean for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening. The comfy patio furniture was so perfect. We enjoyed the one boogie board that was there and left another one...

« Our first time in Punta Di Mita. Loved the town and were thoroughly impressed with our condo. Big and right on the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Eloisa made check in and check out easy. The waves were perfect for our teenage boys to start surfing and they also kept busy walking through town with friends when not surfing. Felt safe and welcome. Will definitely be returning!! »

« Great property and location right on the beach with pool and surfing/paddleboarding steps away in Corral del Rico. Very easy walk into small town with many very good restaurant options. Carmen is a great property manager. The property is very well equipped with everything you need for time at the beach and relaxing in the condo. Would highly recommend location and over Sayulita and other options in the area. »

« We had a great vacation at HDM702! The condo itself is very large, with enough space for 2 families (8 people). There is a very large kitchen, indoor dining area, and a very large patio with outdoor dining possibilities. Max, our concierge, was very responsive via email and text, and helped us organize a lot of logistics (transfer from / to airport, babysitters, golf cart, etc) before our arrival. « We enjoyed staying in this ground-level condo with easy access to the pool and beach club. It provided ample beds for all of us - though the 4th "bedroom" is really more of a cleaning supply and laundry area, there was a third bed in one of the bedrooms (so 6 beds total in three bedrooms, plus one in the smaller laundry/supply room). Having the golf cart just one floor down was also very convenient. »
