« The property is beautiful. It was so relaxing to have the infinity pool and hot tub right in front of the veranda 😁. The town was walking distance with wonderful restaurants. The concierge Juan Carlos was very helpful. Isabela our house cleaner was delightful, accommodating and hard working. The only complaint was the internet signal was very poor so hopefully they can fix that. I would definitely come back! »

« Terrific condo in the best part of town. Close to everything and condo is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Building is quiet and pool area was perfect for our family of four. Only two small things that did not really affect the trip for us, but could be important for others: 1) the two en-suite bathrooms do not have a door that separates them from the bedrooms. Could be awkward; and 2) the restaurant a few buildings down plays loud music with big bass from about 12 noon daily...

The unit has everything you would need for your stay Local markets, shops and restaurants all in walking distance. We loved the pool and hot tub just steps from the beach! « This flat is amazing. It's much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were a small family, 3 adults and a toddler. The plunge pool was great to have for after nap time and spending the morning at the beach clubs. The communication with the owners/managers was flawless. We had lots of questions and they answered all of them, almost immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back! »

« Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Property was beautiful, the view was incredible. Property manager and owner were kind and responsive. It was a lifetime memory for our family. We booked a chef to prepare a meal for our arrival and it was the best way to end a long day of travel. Carlos helped us connect the dots. Surfing as a family was the goal and we had plenty of time in the water. We were able to use boards at the condo for 2 adults and 3 kids. We rented a boat and surfed at La Lancha...

« We had a fantastic family vacation! The property was clean, well-equipped, and better than described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the paddle boarding and proximity to surfing, beaches, the pool was great, beach club, and most of all the lovely staff to assist with any needs. We can’t wait to return!” »

We had street taco's at Theresa’s 5 minute stroll into the Village of Punta De Mita where the locals live. Very welcoming and safe Spanish community who tolerated my weak Spanish. « Employees were very helpful, the little upstairs coffee shop was great, and they have some good food as well. The units are nice, with good finishes and nice spaces. The neighborhood is also interesting, and has many little restaurants and shops on the streets, I will be staying here again! »

« Everything was great! Perfect location and staff was very helpful. Only thing is I thought it was a little bit over priced after being there and looking around a bit. Overall I would recommend the villa and the company that represents the villa. »

"Ce petit hôtel décor mexicain est vieux, mais propre. Situé sur une plage de roche mais au bout de la rue il y a une belle plage parfaite. Le personnel de l'hotel est très gentil. Le déjeuner était bon. Le seul hic la chambre était proche de la buandrie et s'était super bruyant. La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur la rue , il y avait un type qui fesait un bruit de police toute les 5 minutes juste pour plaisanter. On a demander a changer de chambre. Mais celle proposé sentait un peu mauvais... on est allés ailleurs. On est pas exigeant, c'était correct mais sans plus. "

"I’m really sad I had to pay 300 $ US to gâte a room I had already ask Expedia I wanted ! I wanted to be in the T1 section and I told them on the booking . Then they booked us in T3 really far and we had to pay 300 $ us to get a room in the T1 section . Might not booked with Expedia next time if I don’t get that refund . Thanks "
