« The apartment could not be nicer. Everything looks new and it was very clean. Great views out of the kitchen, bedroom and front porch area. Fifteen minute walk to the Fiumelatte train station. Daniella and Marco were great hosts. They answered any quesitions we had. This place was great for our visit to Lake Como. »

« We had a great time ! The view from the balcony is AMAZING! Such a pleasure to have a coffee there every morning (even though there is space for 2 persons only). The apartment is nicely renovated and modern. However I can’t put a 5/5 because in my opinion it misses a comfortable living-room with coaches and a coffee table to gather with your family/friends. We recommend this nice place! »

« Le logement est super, vue exceptionnelle, propre, tout le nécessaire. En revanche, grosse déception à la fin car nous avons oubliée une veste de marque dans le logement qui a sans doute été volée car l’équipe Abritel me dit ne pas l’avoir trouvé. Mise à part ça, je recommande pour le logement qui est très qualitatif. »

« Ours was a short but very sweet stay at Porta Rossa. We had to make last minute plans and fell into this gem! We want to come back again and will plan it when this place is available. « For the most part it was good overall. Perfect location when it comes to being close to everything. (Ferries, restaurants, small grocery store & attractions) Hot water, use it wisely. Will run out quick. Bring towels if you need more then one per person. There is two set only. Washer is good but no dryer. Will have to hang clothes outside for it to dry. Do not leave it in the room. Will take 2 days to dry. Trust me. But otherwise, it was a very safe location. »

« Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le chauffage était allumé au maximum,j'ai essayé de joindre le service le 24 / 24 sans résultat, après maintes tentatives auprès des différents numéros de téléphone figurant sur le contrat, mon interlocuteur n'a pas daigné me renseigner précisément , je me suis débrouillé par moi même concernant la coupure du chauffage et la mise en route de la climatisation ( mon interlocuteur m'affirmant par ailleurs qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans l'appartement loué...

« Perfect location - walk to everything - restaurants, shops, two small grocery stores / delis. Five minute walk to the ferry to get you anywhere else. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, looking at the incredible views and people watching was fabulous. And both Giorgio and Alberto were great and always around and accessible if needed. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Very comfortable apartment that was perfect for our four-night stay. »
