« Extremely noisy, windows are paper thin and the street is next to the ferry so impossible to sleep at night. The door and walls are thin as well so it’s like living qith the other people at the hotel hearing them pass by, go to the toilet and cough. The toilets are in a glass room and if you go to the toilet the other person in the room can basically see everything and hear everything. No closets, a hanger. The safe is unreachable, it’s 2 meters above the ground. No breakfast room in the hotel...

« Sadly our plane was cancelled just the day before our stay (3 nights). Hotels.com refused to cancel penalty so I decided to call directly the hotel owner. Brunella was very kind and polite. She answered quickly to my messages and she tried to find solutions to avoid the penalty and always keeped me informed. At the end we didn't pay the stay so thank you veru much again Brunella. For sure we will book again if we decide to go to Venice. »
