« Friday night, music from the nearby restaurant was heard late at night. Not too bothersome. Saturday watched the paddle boat come in from its dinner departure which was fun. Small bedroom missing its smoke detector and sliding back door didn’t lock. Which left me feeling a little uncomfortable. Carpet in bedroom could use a deep cleaning. « I arranged a stay here for my husband and three sons for his birthday. My husband is a small business owner who works a lot of hours and really needs a break and to enjoy the boys. Host went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay. Even had bait and other small touches. I really can’t articulate in words how much I really needed them to get in some good r&r and how much that meant. They loved it! 100% recommend. Sorry this review is way overdue.
