« Charming comfortable house with good views. Good mattresses, very clean everywhere. Lorraine, who looks after the house couldn’t have been kinder. 2 minute walk from the harbour which is wonderful. Lovely shops with sociable staff (Moore’s and the newsagents very handy for a range of fruit, veg etc etc). Only downsides for us (with 92 year old mum) was that stairs to lower ground floor are steep and narrow. Also we had trouble regulating the hi tech radiators, to reduce the temperature. This...

« A very charmingly furnished holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen, nice living room and cosy bedrooms. Everything was pleasant. The location is great if you don't need a parking space right in front of the door. You have to park your car in one of the nearby paid parking spaces. Mousehole is an old and very picturuesque village that can't accomodate cars. « We booked the cottage to allow us access to the coastal path. It was perfect for all drop offs and pick ups! Weather was rather against us, but luckily the cottage had good washing facilities and we had dry clothes for every day. Everyone slept well. We also used the local pub twice for an evening meal and we were grateful for its close proximity. All in all a good comfortable stay which everyone enjoyed. »

« As travelers from Australia, we decided on a self contained old worker's cottage as a change from the ordinary motels. We were not disappointed. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. Whether summer holidaying or like us, travelling about Cornwall, the house is central to beaches, shops, transport and restaurants and tourist spots. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The views are stunning and the cottage is very well equipped. The decking is a lovely sun trap and the garden is private. We had a small dog and , whilst the garden is mostly fenced, we kept her on a really long lead as there were some gaps she could have slipped through. The cottage was very clean and Simon, our host, was super helpful and responsive with any queries. Mousehole has some fantastic restaurants, 2 Fore Street being our favourite. Well worth a visit if...

« We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage, and it was everything we wanted. It's away from everything, but only a short journey to Perranporth, and the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall. it was a home from home, and Sue was great .. she was there as soon as we arrived to show us around, and just a message away if we needed anything. We would highly recommend a stay here if you like to 'get away from it all's, but also want to explore what's around. We will definitely be back ! »

« Such a peaceful spot. We had breakfast outside each morning while listening to the birds and then spotted constellations in the properly dark night sky. The cottage was well equipped with lots of quirky details, just as the name suggests and the location was perfect for us - handy for visiting family. The welcome was really warm, too. It would be lovely to return one day. »

Tous ces choses ne son pas vallable pour un hotel
"Le personel était formdiable! Par contre dans la cuissine il y a quelquechose qui ne marche pas. Il a fallut attendre après avoir commandé beaucoup trop longemps! On se trouvait dans une salle d'attente!!! La salle de bain était une catastrophe. Le sol était sale. À gauge du lavabo le truc pour pendre la serviette était défectueux et la lunette était aussi défectueux et la douche n'était pas acceptable."
