« House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. « Just what we needed to accommodate a 2 nite family stay. Beds comfortable, property clean, near enough to beach and wedding venue without paying on the beach prices. Did not cook on site but kitchen seemed adequately equipped. Neighborhood had a vacation home vibe, not many other people around after season. »

« Overall we enjoyed the property. However there were a few things that could be addressed. The ice maker didn’t work. Some of the remotes didn’t have batteries and others were corroded. There were 4 remotes for the TV but no instructions on which one did what. There was only a tiny bit of hand soap left in the master bath and the one in the secondary bath only had water in it. The shower door for the master bath doesn’t close and therefore gets the floor wet and slippery which caused me to fall. »

« We always enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Located close to a grocery store, pharmacy and only a few miles from the beach. Easy drive to restaurants in Ocean City and Rehoboth. It is a pet friendly rental. Carpets might benefit from a deep clean. »
