We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just told us "sorry" It is a shame !!! Avoid this hotel ! You pay a high rate for the location but the rest is shameful !! »

« Overall the staff here were great and the room I stayed in was clean and well maintained. I liked that fact that I was shown around and I also enjoyed the breakfast.
