« I had to stay a few days in Tampa to get a surgery I couldn't get in my home country of Canada. Place was clean, had everything I needed and it was so quiet, I could sleep all day and rest. Easy to contact the host via the app. Made this hard trip a lot more enjoyable. Thank you! »

« A frequent visitor to the Cocoa Beach area, we decided to try the other coast for a change of pace. We chose the Tampa area as a central location for day trips to the smaller towns along the Gulf. As a hub, this place wasn’t bad, but had a lot to be desired. The condo itself was in need of some repairs and the property could use some updates/upgrades as well. air pool area, beach section, games court etc. »

« This was a great experience all around! Perfect for the 2 of us and its within walking distance to the beach. Literally 5 min walk. And there is cross walks between streets so you arent waiting awhile. Owner is responsive and attentive to needs of his customers and if he can be reached property management was there! « Everything was wonderful and a nice place for single person or couple. However, the bedroom is right by the busy street. Very noisy and could not sleep as i am a light sleeper. Also, the car headlights flashed onto the head of the bed into my face all night.The bar across the street was also very noisy. Other than sleeping it was a nice place. « This condo was very nice. Well decorated and a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all we needed to make some meals. We were able to park and walk everywhere which was perfect. 5 min walk to North Clearwater Beach and about 10 min to all the restaurants. Lina was easy to communicate with. I would recommend this condo and would stay again the next time we are in Clearwater. »
