« We loved our stay ! Has not only everything we needed as accurately described (clean and comfortable) but what we wanted + an Easy access to the private beach and to thé swimming pool. The The owner of the place could not have been more responsive to our questions but also provided very valuable information (activities, restaurants and much more. All those great places are only at 10mns drive max. »

« My stay here has been nothing short of amazing. From the time that I booked it, Ana, the property manager reached out to me. She has been so incredibly sweet and helpful during my stay here and so has her partner, Jim. They're both extremely hospitable! « We had a wonderful stay at Pelicans Perch! The condo is clean and comfortable. It had everything that we needed. The views from the downstairs living room and upstairs master bedroom were to die for. The swimming pool was large and sparkling clean. It was down season so we were the only ones in it most of the time. The complex was very quiet and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! »

« Enjoyed staying at the Coral Lagoon a quiet and convenient Location. If you bring your own boat, there is easy access to the Atlantic and Coral Reefs. The townhome had ample Room for all of us. The location to the Laundry was not so convenient as desired. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. »

« The condo was comfortable and equipped with what we needed. The recliners were nice for evening. We loved the table and chairs on the veranda for our meals. From there we could look out at the pool and ocean. The best part was sitting on the beach to view the sunrise! We could walk the beach all the way up to Coco Plum Beach, so peaceful. We also met a few other nice people at the pool. The condo at Royal Plum is close to many attractions in Marathon and north and south of the key. The owners...

« When we opened the door, the seashell mirror over the couch had fallen down. We alerted the proper folks and cleaned it up. No one ever contacted us about the mess. I did ask for an additional blanket and was told it was being worked but no one ever contacted us about it, or brought it. The unit was clean and comfortable. The views were very nice and we enjoyed walking on the docks. Porky’s mini-golf and restaurant is a must! »
