« We loved our stay ! Has not only everything we needed as accurately described (clean and comfortable) but what we wanted + an Easy access to the private beach and to thé swimming pool. The The owner of the place could not have been more responsive to our questions but also provided very valuable information (activities, restaurants and much more. All those great places are only at 10mns drive max. »

« We really enjoyed our stay! First impression of property was "Wow!" It wasn't over the top, but everything was clean and looked new, from furniture to decor to amenities. Well thought out. Attractive. The water equipment was really nice to have available. Pool was a nice amenity, with water temperature just right for February. Great walking area. Nice canal or inlet behind the unit. Moorage for your boat, if you have one. Fun to watch the pelicans, if you don't. Nice beach (Coco Plum)...

« Property was great, plenty spacious for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed! Weather did not cooperate but that’s not anyone’s fault. Great location easy drive to Key West as a day trip. My only comment would be that the bathroom fan did not work but not a huge deal. »

« Kate was very helpful and communicative. Place is on a canal with a parking lot in the back. She did tell me about the parking lot. Beyond the parking lot is a construction site. It is far enough away, so there wasn't an issue with the sound. Place was nice enough, if basic. Overall a nice stay, but not the peak of delightful. »

« From the first contact with owner to the last was perfect. The place had very nice furnishings and the location overlooking/on the Atlantic Ocean was beautiful. I use a wheelchair and walker. If you have any accessibility issues this is the place! The toilet doesn’t have rails and you can step into the shower but have to be strong enough to balance and hold onto the wall. Other than that the doorways, the elevator and getting around the condo was easy. Most impressed. »
