This place is perfect. It is right in the middle of everything, but feels like the middle of nowhere when sitting on the back deck. The kitchen had everything you could need, beds are comfortable, and the place is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location

This home is very well maintained and decorated. If you’re a Pottery Barn consumer, you will instantly recognize many items in the house that are from Pottery Barn. The only negative comment I have is it is a two-story home, a lot of stairs to climb. But overall, great location, close to the beach, five minute or less walk. Also, if you’re interested in renting a golf cart, it is a short walk to the rental location - literally two blocks from the house. Also, grocery store location very close; and, of course, McGuire’s restaurant is right around the corner.

Great host

The house was in the perfect location! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. There were some issues with the bunk room having quite a bit of sand in several of the beds. We messaged the host and he was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of which we appreciated so much! We enjoyed our time and we loved the house!

Great Location and Great Host

Todd and Kim were very nice. They let me check in early, and the beach was closed on our last day so they let us do a late check out to be able to enjoy the beach a bit longer. The location is perfect, it really is a 2 min walk to the beach and it’s also close to the fun part of town- 2 min drive if you don’t want to walk. The house itself is incredible, beautiful and spacious and it has everything you think you’ll need and more. The beach wagon has all the beach essentials and it is very helpful. The stay is a 10/10!

Best Stay in PCB

We loved everything about this house. The bunk room was perfect for the teenagers. The upstairs beds were so comfy. That big cozy couch was perfect for lounging on a cloudy day. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and cocktails on the back. The walk to the beach is short and easy. We will definitely consider this house again in the future. *The only negative was the hot tub had a lot of sand in it when we arrived. Sadly, the teens didn’t make it any better. That made it unpleasant to be in.

Clean, modern, well-kept home in convnient location. Very comfortable with nice natural green views from porches. Spacious, well- appointed with all needs covered. Neighborhood was quiet overall but a house was being built right next door, some noise from construction. Good communication with property owner before and during stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great place

Was a great place to stay. Nice house. Beach is an easy walk. Even Winn Dixie is not much farther. This is the quieter side of PCB. Some might decry the lack of nearby restaurants and bars. There are a few. This just isn't where the action is, which was fine by us.

Home away from Home

This property is perfect! From the location, to the setup of the house and everything in between! The house is about a 2 minute walk to the beach access! There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the house. There's a pizza hut within walking distance. So much to do and see around! We loved the setup of the bottom floor with all of the beds and bathroom for the kids. The second floor was perfect space with both balconies and kitchen/living area. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook with, 2 coffee makers, and everything we needed to cook. The grill down stairs was perfect. The third floor is just enough away from everyone. It was very clean and such a joy!! We had a blast! Pier Park is about 1 mile away with Wal Mart being right there as well. Perfect location!!! We had an issue with the AC that we didn't even know was an issue and Todd took care of it right away! He was available to answer all of our questions immediately! We will definitely revisit this home again if we are ever back in PCB as well as tell all of our friends and family about it!!!!

We spent a week in PCB the Beach House was perfect we had plenty of room and a short walk to the beach. The location is great, perfect for being away from all the traffic and in walking distance to some shops. We would be sand free by the time we got back to the house. Owners/assistants were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Although the house wasn’t on the beach, it was a very short walk and very close to whatever we needed. The house was spacious and extremely comfortable for our large group. We are hoping to have the opportunity to stay there again!

We brought nine adults and a dog with us on this return trip to PCB! This was the perfect house for us. The six young adults stayed in the bunk room together without a complaint. They could come and go as they pleased! We rented two golf carts from Bikethebeach and beach chair set up from Chairs2U, all recommended by Todd and Kim. The house is beautiful with everything we needed. Todd and Kim were always reachable and answered every question we had. It’s a very easy walk to the beach with a public access just at the end of the road. We cooked in, used the grill, went out, and sat on the porches. We had the golf carts but just walked to the beach it was so close. The kids rode the golf carts for ice cream and to Pier Park at night! We will absolutely return and rent this house again. It met our needs perfectly! A++++

Most relaxing Florida Vacation yet!!!

The property had everything we needed to enjoy Panama City! We were walking distance to the beach and shops. A short drive from local attractions and the house had everything we needed to just stay in and cook a home cooked meal on rainy nights!
