Aloha all the way
We have been coming to the Panhandle as a family for more than 30 years. The group agreed this was the best rental experience so far. Super combination of space, amenities, and direct beach access. Oleander Drive is a little jewel just off Front Beach Road. We’ll be back to this great house again!

This place is fantastic!
The Aloha Beach House location is second to none! We loved our time there. I mostly loved that the short path from the beach to the house is short enough that even the 3 yr old could manage without an adult. The host provides so many extras that you typically don’t see with this type of rental. There were ample supplies of washcloths and towels, even beach towels. The shampoo and conditioner and shower gel were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach toys and chairs made it so much more convenient to travel, not having to bring all that with us. The sauna was enjoyed by all and the cold plunge by those who were brave enough. The beds were all very comfortable. Even the bunk beds for the kids were super comfy. The host was very responsive with all my extra questions about Hurricane Helene and did his best to accommodate us with the uncertainty of the storm. We will definitely be back.

House is clean and well equipped. Kids had their dream bunk room. Adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. Beach was not crowded and water was beautiful. Made for a fabulous week. We will definitely stay there again. Host was easy to work with.

A Premium vacation home!
We just cannot give enough compliments to the owner Tim for providing us with the greatest vacation resort home. The house was spacious with 5 bedrooms … one of which was designed for our 4 grandchildren with separate living space, 72” tv, fooseball, electronic arcade game machine, and comfortable beds. The linens, bedding, and mattresses were extremely comfortable…the towels were luxurious, the kitchen was exemplary with large family room and large dining room to accommodate all 11 of us. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the new cedar sauna, the cold plunge tub, putting green, and corn home game…all located on an enormous deck with lots of wonderful lounge furniture. The house is located right on the most pristine beach area and our host provided boogie boards , beach chairs and huge shade tent. It was heaven!

The house is truly amazing and beautiful. Our vacation couldn’t of been better. Tim the owner had everything perfect. You feel like your in Hawaii. The Oceanfront beach is private and so pretty. Simply Perfect
We had 14people ages 1-78. Was perfect for sitting on the beach, or porch. The golf green was perfect for the men. The hot tub was amazing. Very clean. The sauna(my personal favorite) was spectacular! The cold plunge was utilized by our adult sons, our son-in law & my husband & they all enjoyed after getting used to it but they all would like to have 1 now. The house is super clean, roomed well(that game room was great!), spacious but not too big. The kitchen is well stocked & the grands & i baked cookies together. The makeup wipes were a great touch & altho we all took our own shampoos & soaps… none of us used them as what is provided is wonderful!!! Was close to alot of great places! Tim was a very nice warm person to talk to & if we ever had questions he was always right there to answer quickly. We will be back! Thank you again , Tim!

We had 3 generations of family had never done a VRBO and had a wonderful and memorable vacation! The host was in communication with us from the start and always answered promptly. The house was more than we expected, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, all the amenities and more. Close to all the attractions around Panama City Beach and the view was amazing!

Oceanfront home with extra amenties
We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Panama City Beach, Florida. The deck facing the ocean featured a sauna, cool plunge, and hot tub, which made it a perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. I use a cool plunge and sauna daily, so having these facilities on hand was a major highlight. The owner thoughtfully provided cornhole, frisbees, bocce ball, a beach tent, and many other items that made our beach days even more enjoyable. The house was fantastic, with a spacious great room that served as the ideal gathering place for our family in the evenings. Every room had a large TV, ensuring everyone had their entertainment options. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, providing the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. We would love to come back!

This property is the perfect private beach house! From the excellent communication with Tim to all the thoughtful amenities that are included like sound machines in each room and phone/watch chargers to 8 beach chairs, you won’t be lacking anything. They’ve thought of everything!
The owner has thought of every tiny detail to make your stay the best of the best! Entry into the house? Simple and easy. Is the hallway dark as you enter? No worries, they have motion detecting sconces to light the way. Are you sensitive to light when going to sleep? They have window shades that block most of the outside light and the space above the window had a cover over it! We slept so well each night, thanks to the little details that make it a little easier to sleep away from the comfort of home. The linens and towels were high quality. The kitchen was equipped with anything we needed. The putting green was surprisingly challenging in the best way. My husband and I competed in chipping and putting games for hours that week. The sauna was wonderfully clean and easy to use. The sauna was another reason why we slept so well! The owners are super transparent, communicate quickly, and follow up promptly. You feel like a priority to them! You deserve a week like the one we had! We can’t wait to come back and relive the memories we made! Mahalo, Tim and Krista!

Amazing stay
My husband and I just stayed here for a long weekend with our dogs. The house is so clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. You cannot beat the views of this place. It was great being right on the beach. We enjoyed our days sitting on the deck watching the waves. It was great to have the hot tub and sauna to use as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals at home. The house is also conveniently located to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again on the future.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Aloha Beach House Retreat. Our group of two families with young adult children thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views, comfortable furnishings, and the very well stocked kitchen! Mother Nature didn’t cooperate as we experienced cold and windy weather but the unbelievable amenities and the fantastic views more than made up for the weather issues. Our group loved relaxing in the sauna and hot tub. The cold plunge was an added bonus! The putting green and corn horn set got lots of use! The layout of this spacious home was just perfect. The open concept main living area allowed for our group of nine adults to gather without feeling cramped. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and the beds were super comfy. Prior to our arrival, our host was very responsive to our many questions about the home and the Panama City Beach area. We received detailed check in information and arrived to find the home warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the personalized welcome sign. We highly recommend this outstanding property! We are looking forward to returning again the next time we are in the area.

Perfection!
This property is a dream for families with adults and teens! The amenities kept everyone busy and happy. The host met me and gave me a tour of the property with plenty of time for me to ask questions. The eight of us had lots of room inside and outside! The bunk room was perfect for three teens who spent their Thanksgiving week with their grandmother and parents! The pictures and description of the property are accurate. The house is directly on the beach. In addition, because of its location, it is accessible to every sort of shop and entertainment. But the beach itself is not at all crowded....it was like a private beach! It was a dream of a week for all of us! Some family drove and some flew into the airport which is 20 minutes from the house. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just read the description.....it is accurate. I've rented through VRBO for years and years and all over the world, and this is the best!
