« One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly »

« Heel mooi groot resort. Even echt weg uit jakarta. Mooie zwembaden en mogelijkheid om stukje te wandelen. De kamer was groot en mooi ingericht. Het ontbijt was niet goedkoop, maar er was erg veel keuze en het was lekker. We hebben genoten. »

« Très bon compromis, belle vue, et petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux. Petit problème, les autocars des clients de l'hôtel font un bruit énorme la nuit, ils démarrent leur véhicule plusieurs fois et le laissent longtemps, et le matin ils klaxonnernt beaucoup pour leurs clients mais dérangent les autres clients de l'hôtel »

« Modern hotel and very clean. Unfortunately service is very poor. Had to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for our food even though it was almost empty. Also, the level of English speaking is not great so it’s hard to communicate as a foreigner. Did laundry service which took much longer to get back then what was communicated. »

« Nice hotel near botanical garden and a mall with good food. About 3 km from train station. Friendly staff. Good clean and comfortable rooms but a bit small. Great breakfast. »
