« We were looking for a house near to where we were having a celebration of life for a recently passed family member. The house was perfect for our large extended family (aunts, uncles, mom, siblings, kids (10, 13, 16). We were all comfortable in the house and were able to entertain friends who came by.The house was clean and in a great location for us. Communication and feedback with owner was great too. »

Great location, with convenient Safeway, Walgreens nearby; and the Magical Bridge playground for the kiddos. »

« The place was always cold. The inverters (heaters) in each room were old and inefficient. The digital readouts on these inverters were too bright for sleeping. Additionally, there are sky lights in each of the bedrooms which let in way too much light at night. The place is old. Further, the parking was a long ways from the unit and I didn't trust the neighborhood to leave my car safe at night. They also requested that I clean the dishes, which I had only 2 dishes and 3 pieces of silverware. But...

« We spent 10 nights / days here and it was just right for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and this little house offers privacy, parking, and convenience. We walked to Chavez Market and Taqueria several times and discovered good pizza just around the corner at LaQuinta. Plenty more shopping, restaurant options within either walking or short driving distance. Hosts were responsive and friendly. We hope to return in the future. »
