Would have been nicer if the pool was heated.
Overall enjoyed the stay here. Payed additionally for the pool and hot tub to be heated and it was not heated for the first 2 days of our stay. After requesting a refund for the days it was not heated, not only was I not given one but the people were incredibly frustrating to deal with. Overall the place is nice, but the fact the the pool was not turned on when we gave the required notice is frustrating and most likely will not stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Property was clean, orderly, and decorated very nice. They had pretty much every amenity you could ask for. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Exactly what we were hoping for!

Fantastic house in North PS
The interior design elevates the experience and was one of the top reasons we chose to stay here. We loved the period-appropriate light fixtures, living room furniture, and bedroom furniture. The aesthetics did not disappoint. Additionally, the BOSCH appliances are a nice touch and worked well. The rugs and dining chairs need a refresh as they are stained and dingy. We paid for the pool to be heated, but it was ice cold. Additionally, the in-ground remote for the spa lacked any instructions. Hopefully the owners will take the opportunity to refresh a few interior details and provide a better pool experience during these cooler months (e.g. April).

Comfortable 3 bedroom two bathroom house, nicely furnished, well supplied with anything one might need on a vacation. Beautiful back yard, nice size pool, fire pit was a nice touch to fully enjoy chilly evenings

Misleading Post
We asked the manager weeks in advance if they thought the pool should be heated given temps. They replied two days before (too late to cancel) stating that pool heat was not an amenity. However, this post blasts that option and the spa in the title. Neither were available. When we arrived we were in the middle of a windstorm and decided it would be nice to have the heat. When we called were told can't do it. Major let down and false-advertising. Didn't ruin the trip but, wasn't what we bargained for. Very difficult to get a reply, timely, from the management. The house and grounds were great, but the rest dropped the rating of this stay.

Clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and nice appliances. Front/west side of house needs curtains or awnings. A/c defaulted to 74 many times and instructions were to not let it got below 76. Pool was dirty due to high winds. Property managers were none response to questions and requests.

Terrible Experience
The property itself is wonderful. But the property manager is the worst we have ever encountered. The property is an entirely wireless and digital home. Most items require internet. We had no internet for our stay (seven days). When we asked for help, the management company ignored us. After sending multiple emails and calling SIX times (!), we were repeatedly given conflicting reasons for the issue. Representatives promised to call us back with a solution, but never did. It took four days with aggressive phone calls (by us) and emails to finally get an explanation. The "solution" was that we would have no internet for the entire stay. According to the management company, they needed to order a new router which would not arrive until after we left the property. Clearly this is something they knew about before we arrived at the property, but no one bothered to mention this to us until we pestered them with questions and concerns. Ultimately, we stayed at the property for a week with no internet. That means we could not watch TV at night, we could not check emails, we could not work, could not stream kids programs, we could not do anything online. It was absurd not to have any internet for an entire week but the bigger problem was that the management company affirmatively worked to ignore our multiple requests for help. We will never stay at this property again nor we will ever come anywhere near this management company. We are considering filing BBB and AG complaints considering this property's rates are at a luxury level. Bottom line, the service and accommodations were grossly misrepresented. Renters beware!

Smart Home of Awesomeness
Great place.. ample room for our pets. Make sure you add the pool/spa heating in the winter, it is worth it! We really like the smart home features and the Toto toilet in the master bathroom. Only thing that we had a slight issue with was the kitchen. First, there was a window next to the sink with no shade (people could look straight inside) and the lack of a pantry. We had to keep a lot of our groceries on the counters or on shopping bags. Other than that, no complaints.

Sunnyside home
The pool was dirty when we arrived. Took almost 24 hours to get it cleaned. Property management was on it, respectful and helpful. Only complaint is that there isn't blackout curtains, or even ones that reduced the light sufficiently, in the bedrooms to stop the rising sun from waking me up at 5 a.m. Same problem at sunset in the living room. Sitting on the couch in the evenings will blind you. Also, there is no shade by the back slider until after 5 p.m. Otherwise, the house was good and we had a great time. However, I don't think I would rent this house again.
