« Location is great. But that is all this property has to offer. Rooms are not well kept. Staff is poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing. They tried to separate 2 rooms (1 family) on separate floors saying thats the only way they can assign rooms. Bedsheets were torn and wore out. Towels were not properly washed. Breakfast was mediocre. »

« friendly and serviceable staff. good food, both breakfast and diner buffet. room is quite large, bed comfortable. negative side is i have been obliged to ask 4 times in a week for shower gel. not replaced when empty. it is not acceptable for an hotel from this category and for the rate charged. location is so-so, outside of the main district or down town, but on the way to Ganghinagar exhibition center. »
