« Mark was absolutely amazing! He was very communicative and made the whole process extremely easy and not stressful. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. The house was beautiful and the perfect location to the beach. Clean hot tub and clean grill with a full tank of propane and everything you need was right there! Couldn’t have asked for a better host and location! His prices are MORE than fair!! We will surely be booking again in the future! »

« We stayed here for a week and it was a perfect location to walk to shops, 7/11, a few resturaunts and not too far of a walk to the beach. There was a slight issue in the beginning with some confusion on the linen, but the property manager got back to us in a quick and efficient manner. He had the issue resolved the same day! We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub and pool was great for the littles. »

« This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. « My son wanted to visit the OBX beaches and Jockey Ridge my parents wanted to relax and unwind. The house was perfectly located between everything we wanted to do. It is just as described and very clean. The house was stocked with necessities and the host, Yvonne, had fresh flowers, chocolates, and a postcard upon our arrival making us truly feel at home. « Our family (kids 11 and 8 yrs) had a wonderful time. Can’t beat the location or view of the beach. 2 mile walk to town, if you bike, it would take you 10 min. The place was very clean. My kids loved the game room and being able to walk right out to the beach. They were disappointed the pool was under construction, but it is the off season. I appreciated a free laundry facility and having simple kitchen supplies. The place it dated, but it’s like visiting your grandma. If you do have any issues...
