The location of this property is a positive aspect, as it is close to local shops and only 25-30 minutes from both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. However, the house itself requires significant work. Upon entry, we noticed marks on the walls, a large hole in the bathroom from a previous guest, and the carpet was extremely dirty—to the point that it felt uncomfortable and unhygienic to walk on. The walls need repainting, and the carpet either needs to be steam cleaned or replaced.
The amenities in the house were adequate, including a microwave, two fridges, a toaster, and a kettle. However, be prepared to bring your own cleaning and washing supplies, including garbage bags, as very few (if any) are provided. Communication with the host was mediocre. Toward the end of our stay, I was ignored after repeatedly asking about a late check-out, despite having inquired about it before booking. When I emailed the host to confirm the check-out time, she never responded, which was very disappointing. On a positive note, we did have an issue with the microwave, but it was quickly resolved.
Would I rent this property again? Probably not—I'd look for something else.
