Poor service
I rented this property because they advertised pet-friendly and heated pool. Upon arrival the code was not working and I reached out to the host and was given a different code that worked. The pool was not heated and I advised the host of it he responded saying they had the pool guy come out and that it was working. I also advised the locked to the back door was not working and that a room had the closet door loose off the hinges, have to be careful with small kids. I paid over $1,500 to ensure the pool was heated as I was traveling with my kids and they wanted to enjoy the pool. No one came out to fix the issues. The pool was freezing (could not get in) and an adult always had to stay behind because the locking mechanism of the back door was not working. On the last day of my stay I received an email from the company managing the property that I had brought two dogs to the property and they were not aware and they were going to need to charge a fee. I advised that their home advertised “pet-friendly and heated pool” which was not accurate. When I booked the home I input I was traveling with pet. I have two service dogs I need to travel. I reached out with my concerns and they apologized and said someone will get back to me with my concerns. It’s been over 1 week and no one has. I have rented other homes and the host corrects the concerns immediately. It’s unfortunate the service they provide because the home is nice.
