If you want to pay for something and not get it then this is the place to go. Check in process went good, but that’s about all that was good for the stay. The house itself was clean, however it seems pest control is needed as there was ants in the kitchen and a couple centipedes in other areas. We couldn’t get to enjoy anything the house had to offer. The pool had bottles, beer cans, solo red cups and water bottles that were floating around and some could be seen at the bottom of the pool. We couldn’t even clear the items from the pool because the pool skimmer was broken. So with no pool for the kids to enjoy, we figured the air hockey table would occupy their time. That didn’t happen because it was inoperable. Only thing left to turn to was tv and wifi. Yeah struck out there also. The WiFi info given was incorrect so we couldn’t get on, and no wifi meant no tv. It took until the following day for the wifi issue to be resolved. Which was the only issue to be taken care of for our stay, despite the many contacts with property management. After being completely inconvenienced for our stay, a late check out was requested which quickly denied. This made it thoroughly obvious that customer service is not something they practice or believe in, hell they might not know the definition.

Spacious and Comfortable retreat in Reunion
Spacious and comfy property including beds. Great location with quick access to all attractions (Within 30 min), eateries and shopping (Within 10-15 min). Issue with not being able to access wifi during entire stay but management seems receptive to concerns raised and reviewing process and communication with guests. Refreshing pool. Umbrellas great for shade but require attention. Again interaction with management seems positive in having this looked after.

Management company is horrible. We had issues and when we contacted them their response was “ we will create a ticket and get back to you “ no one showed up when there were issues. We had an animal in the roof and no one came to take care of it. Our AC was locked. The one game is broken.

As comfortable as being home!
Wonderful home, has everything you need and is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Check in and out were easy and pool area was lovely. Only downside was the proximity to traffic making the pool area a little less relaxing.

The house is in a great location and is in good condition. the pool, though was the sore spot as was not clean, and I asked for it to be heated and offered to pay but there was no way to pay online, so I spoke to the management company and they said don't worry about it they will take care of it and I could pay on-site They would preheat the pool for my stay since I was only staying there 2 days. And It takes 24 hours for the pool to heat up. When I came down to the pool. Of course was ice cold and it was dirty and therefore not able to use on our vacation. The home itself is modern and clean and it's in a great location.

Golf trip
The property was very clean when we arrived. The communication process leading up to our stay was great, as we had never used VRBO previously. Location for us was great with many restaurants/bars a short drive away and relatively close to the golf courses we were playing. Overall, the stay was excellent and the house was very comfortable.

Mostly good but poor response timing
Great property! Only issue was when we arrived the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also the Refrigerator ice dispenser flap kept opening and closing repeatedly making a lot of annoying noise. We reported the problem but never received any follow up. It was annoying.

Great Stay
We had a great time, the house looked just like the photos. The carpets in a couple of rooms had stains when we checked in which is expected as a rental property. The direct tv box seems to need to be updated the Reception wasn't the best. We had to use our hotspot on our phones- so not sure if it was the internet or the cable box. Overall we would rent again.

My mother day family vacation was great. The property help make this possible. It was everything described in ad. The service was excellent too . Only down side was that you can’t go to the neighborhood clubhouse . But we came for Disney so it was ok and the house has a nice private pool. Definitely would rent again

Love this neighborhood
This is the 5th vacation home we have stayed at in this neighborhood and we love the location. This home was clean and well appointed. We REALLY struggled with the pool heat... they were responsive to our questions but didn't fix it for multiple days and we paid for it to be on and working when we arrived. Disappointing on the part of the property management company!

Do not rent through Vacasa. It is impossible to get ahold of someone to come and correct things in the house. We paid for tbe pool to be heated and never got heated never was reimbursed either for our money. the “local team” never got in contact with us despite multiple times reaching out to them. No bedding on the master bedroom

The property fit the needs of our family perfectly. The hot tub was a lifesaver after a long day at the parks. Property was very well maintained and spotless upon our arrival. A little further away from Disney than advertised (7 miles, about 16-18 minutes), but was still easily accessible.

Very disappointed
We had been planning this trip for nearly 9 months to celebrate our daughter’s 3rd birthday. It was our first family vacation. I thought I had found the perfect home to enjoy it. I was wrong. I waited awhile to post a review to give Vacasa time to reach out to me like they said they would, but they haven’t. The home itself is beautiful and decorated nicely. Comfortable beds. That was the only positive about our stay. We had to purchase several “basics” the home didn’t have. No cooking supplies, they only had two coffee pods, no salt, sugar, no hand soap or dish soap, the list goes on. That was the least of our issues but it’s worth mentioning so you are prepared if you end up staying there. Despite paying additional for the pool to be heated, the pool heat did not work. Once we contacted Vacasa about this, it took them 8 hours to have “maintenance” come to the house. They had a lock on the pool heater to which the maintenance woman did not have a code. She called someone to get the code several times but they weren’t answering. She said she would get a pool tech out first thing the next day (our last day there). That didnt happen. Our last evening there at 6:15 PM, another Vacasa rep showed up at the front door asking about the pool heater. I told him not to bother since we were leaving in the morning and it was raining that evening. Aside from the pool issue, what made the experience worse was the neighborhood this home is in. I’m not sure if there was a car show or convention in town but it appeared every home in this neighborhood was rented out by gangs of folks with loud cars, blaring bass and revving their engines up and down the streets. It was appalling. One of the nights, I was awakened by what I immediately thought were gunshots but it was actually fireworks these folks were setting off on the street at 2AM. Right outside my sleeping toddlers window. Fortunately someone decided to call the community security who came out later that morning. We did NOT feel safe, comfortable, or taken care of in this home and neighborhood. Other minor issues were the Wi-Fi being very spotty and the maintenance woman that came out for the pool said “oh I think it’s been bad in the area since the storm”. This is something Vacasa should make their renters aware of or discount until the issue is resolved. Also, as a previous renter mentioned about the smoke detectors. It turns out they just decided to remove them completely.
