The perfect kid friendly place to stay! The host has done a great job of thinking of all the little details for staying with kids and we loved it! We will definitely be back if we ever need a place to stay near Provo :)

Great option for a larger group
My family and I needed a place to stay that would accommodate 7 of us and our dogs. This place was perfect and was appropriately priced! Gave us more space to move around, helpful to have a full working kitchen and two bathrooms as well. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment. I would stay there again. The host also addressed any concerns throughout our stay.

The perfect home away from home!
We had an amazing stay at the property! The location was perfect - peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable. I was a little worried about staying in a basement apartment but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The owner's directions were very clear and accurate. The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. It did not feel like a basement. Check in and check out was very easy.

never again
it was cold and we could not control our heat. not enough wash rags. no instructions on how to work tv. the toilet seat had a crack in it. i got several cuts from it and so did the person that i shared the bathroom with, we had to put a wash rag over it so we could pee. we had to put a blanket over the window in the master bedroom so we could have privacy, no instructions on how to leave the place.

Great place to stay!
We were in town for a Ballroom tournament, and the proximity to the Marriott center was great. (not too close, not too far) I almost don't want anyone to know how great this place was so it will be available the next time we need to be in the Provo area. The rooms are a good size, the living space is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept well, and that is always a plus! I don't give 5 stars very often, but this place deserves it.

Absolutely Perfect
Could not ask for a better place to stay in Orem. Huge windows made it hard to believe we were staying in a basement, home was clean and cozy with every amenity we needed. Location is awesome, with easy access to shopping, universities, and the freeway. We will absolutely be making this our first choice when visiting the Orem/Provo area!

Wish we could have stayed longer!
This is a new basement apartment and there are steep stairs down to the entrance. The outdoor landscaping is still ongoing. It’s beautifully furnished with a modern decor. The beds are very comfortable. Everything is new with everything you need. Spotlessly clean!! There are lots of games and large TV. We’d like to come again when we have more time!
