« Mon séjour était fantastique. En arrivant tôt le matin, on m’a proposé un early check-in que je trouve excellent. La chambre qu’on m’a donné était jolie, propre et spacieuse . J’avais une très bonne vue depuis ma chambre et le room service était occupé par une équipe sympa. La cuisine est top et à la fin de mon séjour, on m’a laisser faire un late checkout qui m’a permit de me rendre à l’aéroport à l’heure. Je recommande Radisson Blu ! »

I had to pay another 60,000 naira for a tiny room with a single bed . l had booked a double delux room with breakfast. They are scammers.. I contacted Hotels.com and they tried to contact the hotel but could not get any answer. I have not received any refund up to now from Hotels.com or the hotel. This is theft and totally unacceptable »

« A nice and comfortable hotel. Did not have the breakfast but other family members said it was a good and tasty spread. The air-conditioning was not really cool and there was a leak in the wash basin in the bathroom that was not fixed till I left. I had to put the bin under the sink to collect water. Request for toilet roll was ignored. The porters were helpful and polite as were the security at the gate. »

« Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Was welcomed immediately by very helpful staff on check in. Requested for a towel and room service which was promptly attended to. Only issue I could spot was that the shower was scalding hot . Booked a transfer with helpful receptionist lady to the airport next morning. Cost N4000 but you do get called once driver arrives and assistance with your luggage . Next time will use the pool . »
